Patreon Discord Roles Here Soon! (Patreon)

I have just added Supporter Discord roles to all tiers. The discord server is not quite ready for the public yet, still getting things ready. However I have made the special Supporter role and connected them to all tiers.

Server should be ready later this week but if Patreon automatically gives you a link when you connect your account feel free to come say 'hi!'.
