So I don't have Chron's Disease (despite stool and blood tests showing positive of this), but I do have a lot of exposed blood vessels in my small intestines causing issues like internal bleeding, anemia, fatigue, and pain.  This is especially strange, because according to my doctor this isn't common among someone my age, it usually happens in people twice my age.  So my GI doctor is referring me to a different doctor, who will go in and try to blast most or all of those exposed blood vessels with a laser to cauterize them and hopefully stop that issue.

GI doctor also wants to do another endoscopy on me to check those ulcers in my esophagus and see if they're healed and check out some other potential issues going on there.

Lastly while the blood vessels are some of the problems, it's not all of the problems.  Another issue is my body is not absorbing a lot of the nutrients that go into it.  This is potentially causing a whole slew of ranging from nausea, pain, fatigue, depression, obesity, and more.  Going to run some more labs and try some fiber supplements and see what happens.  Doctor has assured me that he's determined to find the cause and will continue until we get me better.  There's other options such as meds and procedures to try if this doesn't work, but we'll start here and see what happens.  A far improvement from previous GI doctors telling me it's just IBS and handwaving me off.

In short, I've gone from an incurable disease, to something that is quite possibly curable.  A big improvement.
