I didn't know obout Chan's father. I'm so sorry. I hope she is surrounded by people who love and support her. My father died last november, today would have been his birthday. It does get better with time but it will never be the same. It took some time but now I've found comfort in this thought. It's okay to be sad and it's okay to be strong and get better as well. There is no wrong way to grieve.

Also, in an impressive power move, Elizabeth Taylor didn't want to make Cleopatra; so when they asked her she was like "I will do it for a million dollars", expecting they would say no but they gave it to her. While filming she contracted meningitis and pneumonia and recover due to a tracheotomy; and the director shoot the movie while high on amphetamines. The production is a very interesting story.
