Omg I always thought I was a weirdo because I also looooove just laying on the bathroom floor and listening to the water. I do it all the time in hotels when I’m travelling. Don’t cancel me environment.

Ladies!!!! So glad to finally be on the Patreon. Coincidentally, I have a PhD in physiological chemistry and am working as a cosmetic chemist for a cosmetics company so my advice here is for Alexis: it does, indeed, sound like you were having an allergic reaction given that this is your first allergy season in LA and you've just recently moved apartments. I'm glad to hear its getting better. If you need extra relief, you can try a generic allergy medication (I recommend starting with Loratadine) or applying a topical steroid (hydrocortisone cream) to any areas of the skin that are particularly irritated (though do be careful not to use a topical steroid for longer than a week at at time). Also you are both right; when it comes to skincare, less is more! The Avene thermal water spray is a nice product but be careful not to overuse it! The product is 99.5% mineral water which means it will definitely start to dry out your skin and cause irritation if you use it too frequently (especially in that dry LA heat!!) Please always feel free to message me anytime with questions about the cosmeceuticals! C*nt Honey Baby!

Victoriuhhhhhh

I thought Heidi's group was by FAR the funniest and I was truly STUNNED that they were safe.

Victoriuhhhhhh

Also I LOVED Heidi's look I don't know what y'all are talking about. This was her episode as far as I was concerned and I literally screamed when they said "Safe" lol
