They are saying "No la caguen" which is the same thing they say on Drag Race España (no la caguéis). The basic meaning of the verb "cagar" is "to take a shit" but basically in this context means "to fuck it up." In episode 1 I don't think they translated it this way which says to me it's just sorta bad or inconsistent subtitling. It is a more slang/vulgar expression so translating it "and don't ruin it" sounds way too formal in English. "Don't shit on it" might be more literal which would be funny if they subtitled it that way.

Any chance you’ll give Drag Race France 2 a chance? The French queens are great (one was on the last season of Legendary) the judges are really good/great (Christine and the Queens! Gautier! Balmain guy!) and Nikki Doll is so pretty 🤩
