Here is the full-length reaction, you must have your own footage to be able to watch it properly with me.

Toei is a mess sometimes. Long story short, the manga at this point revealed Smiley has a Devil Fruit, but episode 599 failed to reveal Smiley's info box! Therefore in the interest of fairness and plot, I must inform you now because it's slightly relevant, yet confusing without context, though I don't know how far you are now. The Devil Fruit is Zoan! You know Smiley is originally the compressed poison gas from the explosion, meaning it was an inanimate object, like Lassoo and Funkfreed. (Helmeppo revealed Vegapunk made the method, and Caesar knew Vegapunk, so no surprise he animated poison.) The model is Axolotl, which is why they thought it was frog/lizard-like. (Full name: Sala-Sala Fruit, model Axolotl) As an aquatic/amphibious creature, it is arguably the worst Devil Fruit since Chopper's, only offering regeneration in theory.
