episodes 626 627 628 are filler episode 629 is officially the new arc so if you do 4 episodes next video, you'll be done with punk hazard, not 2x 3 episodes

CrunchyRoll still classifies 629 as part of the Punk Hazard arc, and according to the filler list, 628 is mixed filler/canon. Any clarification on these from you and/or Veritas?

Oh, that. Yes, 626-628 are filler, but the canon also starts in 628 at the 19:30 mark, just the last few minutes. I don't particularly remember liking this filler but the canon part deserved better treatment. CR is wrong, 629 is officially the new arc and the next opening. It also kicked off the start of 2014. Some OVA are injected randomly in their season list, so avoid looking at them for the time being.

Veritas

This episode marks the week in 2013 when, if I'm correct, Crunchyroll first obtained simulcast One Piece episodes after they were already on Funimation. All previous episodes were added later. As a result of Copyright issues, they played the previous opening instead of Hands Up. If I had to guess, it might explain the visual quality change, but I'm not sure.
