In the fight between Annie and Eren, she used two techniques from Judo and Jiu-Jitsu. The first move, which she used to throw Eren to the ground, is called Osoto Guruma. This move doesn't require you to be stronger than your opponent; you simply have to wrap your arms around their shoulder and under their arm, striking the joint behind their knee to unbalance them. After that, Annie used a technique called kata gatame, commonly used in martial arts, one of many grappling techniques. This technique immobilizes the opponent with their own arm. It's categorized as side control, meaning the top combatant is lying perpendicularly over the face-up bottom combatant in such a way that their legs are free and exert no control over the combatant on the bottom. Regarding who would win between Annie and Mikasa in close combat, it's not as favorable for Mikasa as it might seem. Mikasa is incredibly strong, but all of Annie's techniques are based on using the opponent's own strength against them. Mikasa has a better physique, but Annie is a genius martial artist who has trained since childhood. They probably ended up in a draw, separated by their instructor.
