Yeah the Story telling an worldbuilding are god lvl in this Show. The light novel, in particular, is so perfectly written and easy to read—it is simply wonderful. Unfortunately, they had to cut a lot of material otherwise, the anime would have simply been far too long. There are 26 volumes, and 12 episodes typically cover about three volumes.
