I like to compare Turbo Granny to the Baba Yaga of slavic folklore. Baba Yaga can be an enemy or a helper depending on what story she’s in and it paints her as a fickle, complex character. Kind of like how Turbo Granny is here. Either consoling the dead, or menacing the living who intrude on her turf. Not a black&white character, but still dangerous depending on the circumstances.
