Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. ✨ After receiving many questions regarding the request system, I’ve decided to put together this terms of service document to clarify how everything works.

This covers the process, priority, and general rules. If you are part of a tier with request rewards, please take a moment to read this before submitting. This is mainly to keep things organized and avoid the confusion & disrespect I've encountered recently. I appreciate your cooperation!

⚠️ Important Notes:

🌎 I'll be translating the document into Chinese, Japanese, Korean & Spanish in the next couple days.

⏳ Workload: Each request requires several hours of dedicated work (6+). Therefore, only a limited number can be completed each week.

🚫 Tier Status: Request tiers remain closed (and have been since before December). I am not taking new members at this time to avoid further backlog.

📅 Current Queue: The queue is currently full through September.

🤝 Mutual Respect: I completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, but please remember to stay respectful. I am doing my absolute best to work through the list, and your patience means the world to me.
