[build] NTR Room - Act 3 for Tier B (Patreon)

with a new chapter that was launched last week for Tier A, Act 3 is completed.

here’s what’s new in this update:

• 264 lines

• 1,527 words

• 7 new images

• 1 new character

compared to Tier A build, we added:

• the usual languages: Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese

• (we'll add French in the future updates, as it will take a bit more time to do the entire game from the start)

• songs shuffle, so that songs don't always play in the same order

fixes:

• some small UI changes

• music no longer stops after 5 songs
