Can someone tell me, if you can change your vote? Like if you pressed one option, then changed your mind and chose another. Is that possible here?

Ok, so this is at 8/17 possible votes right now. I think I'll wait one more day and if it stays the same I can do 2 things: Either make the poll public or make a random number generator choose between the tied characters. What's the best solution?
