We have been excited all week for this second episode of Begins ≠ Youth titled, MAMA! ♥️The title makes us think we'll be diving into Jeong Hosu's backstory today. 🙌

In the last episode, we left off with Haru and Hosu walking home from school, and suddenly Hosu fainted! 😣

Familia, the video seems to be locked for some people. I'm just wondering if the reaction was put in the correct tier?

Hi Familia!!! I have been waiting since... last episode hahaha. I really love this drama, I wanna say a lot but it might spoil so... just know that I really love this drama. I have already watched it for 3x already and... I still can't get over it. Each episode gets better and better...like it really does. Most of the episode made me emotional, but 2 particular episodes made me cry.. like ugly cry... Question of the day: If you already watched this K-drama, which episode was your favorite? If you haven’t, which is your favorite so far? -... episode 5 to 8.. then episode 11 and 12. But I love all of them.. it's just, there are specific scenes on these episodes that really hit me in my ARMY heart

This my third time to watch this drama. It's so good!

Bangtan Babies

I can’t wait for the next few episodes and to answer your questions yes I have watched this series entirely and have loved every episode. They get better each episode. And my favorite gotta be ep 9. It’s also one of the most traumatic episodes as well. Loved your reaction!

Lilyrose J

I watched the entire episode and i love all episode so far. It always have new story development to each character. And they always go back in time during the fire incident. It might be confusing but you will get it ☺️

Shadow Glow

I really like the characters, all 7 of them, but I gotta say I have a soft spot for Cein 🥹 My heart breaks a little every time I look at him. Btw, the song that played in his scene is Take it all by Jemma and I've been listening to it daily since it's release. So good!

donuteat

I'm watching for the first time with you guys 🥹

Don't feel too much pressure to separate these guys from our boys. I mean, we all know they're not the boys. And they're not even playing the boys, they're playing the characters the boys play. But they actors clearly intended to mirror BTS' personalities and mannerisms and it's just so natural for us to see them in the characters. That's part of what the show counted on--that's part of why we love it so much. Because we miss our boys and this feels like (sanctioned) fanfiction. I personally love it when you say "that was SO j-hope!" or see Dogeon excel and say "that's our leader." I relate to that and it's fun to have that moment. And again, as long as we all understand that they're not actually our boys and credit the actors and writers for doing such a great job reminding us of them, I say you conflate them all you want. :) This is BTS' story and holds a sacred place in our hearts. It would be weird NOT to see our boys in these characters and in this show.

SierraNicole

Also, the handshake was the first time I saw Jin in Hwan and then it just grew from there. He does great physical acting to capture Jin. He moves like him.

Dottie

Love watching this with you! I still can't remember the characters' names but keep just associating them with BTS members names in my head XDDD

mel

i loooove this show, the cast is so incredible.

veenak

yes letsss goooooo! having watched all of it familia I can't really say any one ep is my fav as whole show is incredible!

Shreya

yea right i see a lot of jin in his posture and his actions too

Shreya

hey guys just a reminder that in 1st episode the big house you saww kim hwan is not living there they mentioned in ep 1 hes living in the apartment complex that jeha is in and thats why they tresspassed thinking no one is in the mansion but hwan just happens to be there at that time - just some info so you guys wont get confused in the future

Shreya

tbh i found this show to be a bit too slow paced when i watched it on my own( cause usually the kdramas i watch are very fast paced and aren't soo silent like this series is which they did to match the story i guess)and didnt finish even tho i love BU but its fun watching it with you guys

jooniesbonsai 🪴⊙⊝⊜

didn't get a chance to comment about the episode last night but im so in love with this series. its wild we're only 2 episodes in but I feel such a connection to all the characters. I wanna protect ALL of them. I just know the deeper we get into the show the more emotional its gonna get and I fear im not ready. falling in love more and more with Hosu and haru's dynamic. Jooan is so funny and his facial expressions get me every time😭😭 dude does not give a shit about what he says lol. the birthday party scene was so WHOLESOME I rlly saw yoongis mannerisms in Cein when he was yelling and smashing cake on every one ughusdnkf :(((

Jazzy

Honestly what makes this series fun is the fact that you can tell which member is which character, so I think it's fine to keep associating them mannerism-wise haha it's all funsies. The actors did a great job at studying ea members, I just watched a vlog of the person who plays "hwan/jin". He explained how the whole recruiting and auditioning process was long and tedious because the team in charge of the series wanted to find characters with uncanny similarities to the members. Fun fact, I've seen clips of the person playing "jooan/Taehyung" sing really well on a program, he also has a soulful voice like Tae and the fact that the person playing "cein/suga" can also rap skjhdabf

deejebekosmos⁷

the 2 부 just means episode 2, more accurately part 2. cein (pronounced seyin). this episode was so wholesome i teared up at some parts and i was smiling so so widely whenever they were together. i am so scared of how this show is gonna end, what tragic thing is going to happen by the end 😭😭😭 man i don’t want them separated please

deejebekosmos⁷

i saw like 2 familiar faces in this episode that i have seen in other kdramas

Jenna

goddd the part with cein and his mom at the end has made me bawl everytime T_T

LoveOT7

I just can't call them by their names in the drama.. it's only BTS names for me lol

Line Henriksen

've already watched all the episode, my faves are the last few, because it makes so much more sense, I was also confused by the beginning of this episode, why was Hosu there, did he have something to do with the fire?

Ana

I had to join for this episode. I only have 2 episodes left. The show is soo good. I cry every episode. I can't wait until you get into the second half. It gets wild

Ana

I'm not into kdrama but this show is so good. It's my fav show atm. I hope we get a season 2

Ana

Omg the end of this episode has me crying. Poor cein I hate that stupid principle

Zaza

Where I come from we say "maman".

Tamara Carman

Is episode 1 on Dropbox? If so, can you tell me where to find the link? Thank you.

Nada alhajri

Where is Episode 1? It doesn't seem to be anywhere...

SierraNicole

So Episode 1 and Episode 2 are both linked there, just not identified clearly. If you click "episode," you'll go to episode 1, if you click "dropbox," you'll go to episode 2. :)
