He had dual citizenship he had lived Boston for years, he gave up his citizenship and served in the military where he was give the title of captain Korea

To answer your question, was I surprised after discovering the intern's true personality? No, because Taeсyeon is a pretty big star in Korea. When I saw that he was playing such a small role as a bit of a silly intern, I was more surprised LOL🤭 And when the truth was revealed, I was like: 'Oh, that makes sense!' Lol. Great reaction guys! Yea but also not rlly, because a lot of people call people they are not related to as Hyung, also Hyung-nim is even MORE respectful so u wouldn’t personally think that’s his biological brother even if you did speak Korean. Idk though I believe it was still supposed to be kept hidden or at least questionable until it was officially confirmed.
