His vocal versatility really shines! ✨🎶 The two songs we were most curious about, track 3 ‘Lose it’ (featuring Yena) and track 4 “Rope it,” ended up shocking us the most! 😳🔥We hope you enjoy experiencing ECHO with us, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on the album too familia!💜

guys this album is a masterpeice and i cant get over it like the vocals, the emotion, the technique and the AURA. also what an amazing title track too bc its stuck in my head and the visual chemistry is insane in the MV like i am fully invested omfg like i need a full movie, spinoff series and a spinoff series of that spinoff series entirely focused on them like i was actually going insane over here watching them with jins angelic vocals in the background wtf

omg i didn't think jin could top happy, but echo is SOO good! its so jin and fits him so well, his voice sounds so so good in these songs <33 i love the title track, i feel like its perfect for him! and the song with yena was everything (hoping for a performance with both of them!) i hope you guys also check out the lyrics if you have time, it added a lot to the songs!

It's super difficult to pick the top 3 bcos I love them all! 😭 Like you Uthman, I felt those series of emotions during my first listen. Apart from how passionate and great Jin's vocals sounded, I just felt sooo proud of him to actually have a second album where he was free to express and write the music the he likes.

Ok so I probably like these three the most: With The Clouds, Nothing Without your Love and To me, Today. With The Clouds sounded like it could be a closing or opening song to an anime. It's hard to explain since familia don't watch animes, but that's the first vibe I got in this song. The fact that it's kinda like 3 songs merged into one, and the energy it delivered, it's such an anime song. And one of the writers along with Jin is Japanese and had composed OST's for animes as well. I think Jin really loves watching anime's and his genre and voice actually fit so well in anime OST's. That's why he went for this kind of genre. Nothing Without Your Love sounds so hopeful to me too. We felt the same familia. And Jin's vocals omg, it could really pinch your heart so hard. To Me, Today felt like a positive song giving me a tap on the back. It's so beautiful that I was just smiling the whole time. I love ECHO so much, and I'm also thankful of you familia for sharing with us your first listen too. 💜

For the other tracks, I'd like to quickly say - Loser was like a battle of vocals between Yena and Jin 😆 It was so good, so chaotic yet beautiful. I hope they also perform this live together! 😊 Background felt like Taylor Swift could sing the song too if only it wasn't in Korean. That's how it sounded to me. I really like this song, almost made my top 3. Rope It sounds really interesting. I lowkey want Jin to make an MV for this too dancing with those cowboy moves. Like That That mv vibes haha 😆 And ofc the title track, it's actually really nice - I thought it's gonna be a tragic, sad song coz Jin looked super emotional in the teaser. But yeah, it's kinda like a young love where it's difficult to move on and that's what they're going thru. Jin's voice sounded cool and cute in this track 😊💜 I'm excited for the comeback special! I always love to hear Jin sing live. I'm hoping and praying that everything will go well for Jin, esp the fan events he prepared for ARMY 💜

We really watched Jin grow throughout the years 💜🥺 in Awake, Jin sings “maybe I can never fly” and in To Me, Today Jin Sings “today’s me, spread my wings. Let’s depart, up into the sky” 😭😭😭 Also, maybe the tempo changes in With The Clouds are supposed to depict the journey with clouds through different weather conditions (sunny-slower-calmness and stormy-faster-hardships)? Can’t wait for your reaction to the all the song lyrics for Echo 💜💜💜

Echo is one of my most favorite solo album releases so far and With The Clouds and Background are instantly my top faves from the first listen. Also I saw on Twitter that the lyrics of To Me, Today mirrors the lyrics of Awake and it’s so beautiful 🥹🥹🥹

Awesome album, i especially like rope it, background and to me, today. im really eager to get doolset or other translation for lyrics. cant wait to watch the comeback with you on sunday. it sure seems a lot of coordination is going on with j-hopes encore performances and this drop (and did i see a dallas performance by jin???? on the calendar at AAC?)

The more I listen the more I love this album! it gave me a lot of beautiful, happy, melancholic / nostalgic vibes 💜 I love the instrumentals and Seokjin's voice so much + he as always being so versatile. I truly believe all these songs are going to hit even more live, it's like they are made for concerts fr! My top right now is : 1. With the Clouds / Background 2. Nothing Without Your Love / To Me, Today 3. Don't say you love me /Rope it 4. Loser Echo really shows why Jin got that Silver voice title
