svtrighthere

QOTD: I would say any of their Japanese songs specifically not alone, happy ending and call call call.

bub

QOD. For a good pick me up, I’d go for CLAP and Adore U. If it’s a particularly trashy day, I’ll even watch their MV. (It is impossible, truly impossible not to laugh or smile at the Adore U MV). I'll be waiting for the day that you dive into fetus Seventeen. 🤣 This was a nice journey to Face The Sun and I can’t wait for next wednesday. I kid you not I’m drowning in my finals so your reactions are the highlight of my day. I gotta keep working hard If I don’t want to become ash ash ash. 🥴 As always, take care, familia!

Whooooo!!!! Literally the first thing I saw as soon as this dropped! SHADOW, ASH, our dawn is hotter than the day & Fearless are my pick me up songs btw I would love it if you watched Shadow (it's a jakarta fancam, one of the last performances in the Be the Sun tour and even after nearly 3 years it's legendary. It was also raining) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cd8PpxUqWos. No pressure though! You can indulge in your own time 💕👍....Thank you coz today this just made my day 😍😉

Ari

It's so funny bc when the album first dropped, there was a huge debate on whether Seungkwan's part in Ash was him or Mingyu. Turns out Seungkwan said he literally had to sing it like he was really drunk to get that sound.

Don Quixote is fire!! Seen it live tooo and its GOOOOOOD! (P.S. its also written by Wonu but his name was in Korean haha) P.S. about Team Seventeen, I might be wrong but it refers to Seventeen+Carats+Staff.

K

Extra note: Wonwoo is also one of the writers for Don Quioxte, and Hoshi for IF you leave me, their names were written in Korean! :)

QOTD: there are so many! but it depends on what type of pick up i need. needing motivation: fighting when life hits hard : cheers to youth, fml, mymy & shadow pure comfort: hug & campfire happy pills: let me here you say & 20 i really do listen to these. can't chose just one 😭 i love joshua's voice too! the times i've played fortunate change in my room lol. i think you gonna love his double take cover too. give it a listen whenever you're free! it's GOOD good https://youtu.be/L4SoJzhaOj4?si=t-HedsQ2JmbxG5eu

Mirasol: "I see all the advantages of having 13 members" YES!! 💯 also if you notice, idk but seventeen was the only group (i know) who has fair line distribution which is hard bc they are 13. One i love the most is their 'if you leave me' it's how they sang together like (scoups & seungkwan) And YES familia, you should attend their concert. You're gonna get a live going seventeen & their idol side 😆 you'll also experience the never-ending-aju-nice. 🥳 hopefully soon ✨️

Qotd: Run to You, Together, Don Quixote, Rock with you, God Of Light Music (ngl this song is instant mood boost)

Been waiting for this.. Familia.. thanks for the rraction once again. on another note.. You HAVE TO WATCH the ICONIC SHADOW performance from Be the Sun tour in Jakarta. They performed it in rain: https://youtu.be/Cd8PpxUqWos?si=b_tO4nGlN8YWW_Uw.. you will be able to hear the screams of carats whrn all of them collectively lost their minds. do watch in your personal time. (and if possible share your reaction with us :P)

lava.goes.mansae

IDK If someone has commented this or not: but Seungkwan's part in ASH literally shocked carats. While we were speculating who could it be, NO ONE ever imagined it would be Seungkwan. Funny story about this is that when Woozi was directing Seungkwan to sing this part, they took multiple takes, but none of them suited well. Seungkwan tried his best to be sultry and bring the feel. Ultimately, he just pretended to be drunk and then sang it, and that was when it clicked perfectly

Priyanka Banerjee

I love how you described "If you leave me". It's a duet with 13 members! SO TRUE! i really love the parts where members sing different lyics together and where they finish up eachother's sentences wow! P.S. Even I like Wonwoozi singing together and their voice!

Priyanka Banerjee

Thank you so much for Face The Sun!! Loved it!! This is a great album, their 4th Full Album. Till now it's the only album with all ot13 songs and with each song being fire!!! WOW! QOTD: Very difficult to choose! Still, some songs I keep going back to are, OT13: Kidult, Heaven's cloud, Shohikigen, Circles, Our dawn is hotter than day. Unit: Hug, Yawn (Both from vocal unit, actually). Seventeen yet solo songs: What Kind of Future (Woozi), Raindrops (Seungkwan), Leftover (Wonu), Gogae (Wonu) and Me (Coups). And also cover songs lol, DK's Betelgeuse and Jun's Boku ga Shinou to Omotta no wa. I am sorry it is difficult to choose! But these do bring me comfort! P.S. since you asked, I have seen seventeen live twice (3 days i think, like follow to bangkok 2 days and Caratland 2025 1 day). They gooooood! Hope you get to see them too!

Zoe

yes this is truly THE shadow performance

Zoe

QOTD: kidult, all my love, april shower, FML, to you. I love a meaningful ballad or slower song when I need motivation. The lyrics always hit me hard when I need it.

QOTD : That's truly a difficult choice, but lately I've been liking To You and 20 TMI: Jeonghan always holds something in his hand—whether it's a can, a toy sword, or anything else—because it calms him down to have something to hold. Regarding performances, the 'Don Quixote' stage at GDA was the first public performance since the song's release, which is why we were all so hysterical😂😂 TEAM SEVENTEEN refers to the entirety of them, starting from SEVENTEEN themselves, the staff (managers, dancers, wardrobe team, bodyguards, and all the teams involved). The Chinese members couldn't attend the AAA (which was held in Japan) because they had private schedules. Just an FYI familia, DK and Seungkwan are debuting as a sub-unit next January. It's the killer duet of the best vocalists! I'm so excited😆😆

B.

QOTD: I went to SEVENTEEN’s concert this year for the NEW_ tour in DC, on day 1 and day 2, and it was honestly unreal. ‘Domino’ has always been one of my favorite songs from the album, and hearing it live made me cry so much because it felt completely different. So right now, Domino is definitely my go-to pick-me-up song ever since the concert.

qotd: there are so manyyyy, but if i really have to choose my top 5 svt songs, it would be kidult, campfire, to you, same dream same mind same night (vocal unit), and together. honestly, so hard to chooseee. 😭 kidult – this song hits straight in the feelings. it’s comforting, emotional, and makes you feel understood when life gets overwhelming. (honestly, you need to hear kidult live at least once in your life!) campfire – warm and nostalgic, like a soft hug. it reminds me of those quiet moments with the people you trust the most. to you – it feels like a thank-you letter in song form. super heartfelt and full of warmth. (+ it’s jeonghan’s fave song of seventeen he’s my bias) same dream same mind same night – soft, romantic, and beautifully sung by vocal unit together – uplifting and bright. it makes everything feel lighter and more hopeful.

cherrymonkey

This album consists of so many of my favourite seventeen tracks! They added some great tracks in the repackage album Sector 17: Circles (I know you're already acquainted to it), Cheers (with Seventeen leaders) , _WORLD, and the Korean version of their beautiful Japanese song Fallin' Flower (with an exquisite choreography - if you haven't seen it yet, I recommend you to watch it).

Best of 3rd gen. No one better than them Fact and baksu the dancers
