you guys got me confused about whether you like Coach Kim or not because personally I don't haha. I think she abuses the greed of the parents and plays on the children's minds, weakening them so they are more susceptible to her brainwashing. She also knew Yeong Jae's family was very much dysfunctional and toxic unlike what they appear in public and she probably only agreed to coach him becuase they're an easy target for emotional manipulation. She creeped me out from the start. I never felt empathy for her. I have to say the actress playing her role portrayed her so well, actually all the cast here is elite. Now that you guys have opened your doors to this type of drama i hope you also get a chance to watch 'The Penthouse' another classic :)

But we also have to recognize that the way the coach is pushing yesuh is very toxic. Like yes yesuh wants to get into snu and love studying but the coach pushing the idea that hyena is in the way of that goal can be very dangerous down the line. the coach also knows its doubly dangerous because of the love triangle and yet she doesn’t care. like yes the parents are to blame but the coach isn’t innocent or just doing her job either. soojin is even worse and more calculating because she knows what the coach is like bro atleast myungjoo had no idea. soojin just thinks she’s smarter than everyone else and can manipulate the coach but its surely gonna backfire on her too.
