Hibz

Familiaaaa!! Did you get your tickets for Muster Sowoozoo? If so, will you be reacting to it?

deejebekosmos⁷

FIRST LOVE 😭💜 FINALLYY ITS TIME TO LISTEN TO YOONGI'S MASTERPIECE 🙏🏻 WHEN I WENT TO THEIR WINGS TOUR, REFLECTION GOT ME AND MADE ME CRIED 😭 AWAKE IS LOVE !! I LOST MY VOICE DURING CONCERT BECAUSE I SANG WITH JIN THROUGH THE WHOLE SONG 🤗💜 WHAT MORE CAN I SAY ABOUT HOBI'S MAMA, IT IS THAT SONG THAT MADE US REALIZED HOW HE IS TRULY THE EPITOME OF LOVE HIMSELF 💜💜💜 My answer to the question of the day is SLEEP 😁😁

Carol 💜

Família, I've been meaning to ask you, have you guys watched the bangbancon live that they did last year where they performed Friends, Jamais vu and Respect (among other Performances)? Because I didn't see you reacting to it or mentioning it, if not can you react to it here or on YouTube someday in the future? Because I really want to see your reaction to it 😅

Sunshine

AWAKE is my favorite in wings , that song make me cry and I don't know why haha I like draw in my free time ,even if I don't do it so well, I do what I can😉

damla

yayy so excited for this!! i´ll watch it later tho cuz its 3am for me and I need to sleep cuz school😭

damla

qotd: listen to music, binge watch bts, read, workout, talk with friends, eat, study (things that interest me like skincare), and of course watch you two bc ur a big part of my daily happiness!! 💜

CJ

I just got through First Love and I’m literally tearing up. This song is so powerful, probably why I don’t listen to it much because every time I do, I end up super emotional and sad.

Omg yh I'd like to know too! Those performances were soo good

laura

wowowwww I’m so excited to watch this. I know I’m probably going to cry for First Love AGAIN. That performance hits me hard 😭💜 I honestly love Wings era so much, It sucks that I was literally 4 months late when I discovered bts :/ but I’m so glad I’m rewatching all of this content with you guys!

CJ

I don’t know whether everyone is aware how Jin got an applause from the audience after the performance. It’s quite special as Jin got applauded on both his solos from the crowd, this usually doesn’t happen :)

Carol 💜

I still cry everytime I hear First love or watch a performance (yes, i cried again today), and ALL the Performances are so emotional!! I love this song! I wish you had watched the video where Namjoon sings "YES I DO LOVE MYSELF" because wow, chills... Also, army's were saying "we love you" and i think this video has a bad audio too :(( but it's ok The first performance of Mama was on Hobi's birthday and his mom was there... It was so emotional and he cried :(( I absolutely love Awake and i still get the chills whenever I hear Jin high notes!!! And i think you guys didn't notice but at the end he got lots of applause from army's, which is not a common thing so yeah, that's the impact that Jin has with this masterpiece! Today was a REALLY emotional day, família, wow!! I can't wait to next Sunday, and Wednesday too! And to see you on YouTube in between!! 💜 P.s.: i love Namjoon Performance here in Brazil, but unfortunately there's no video with good quality:((

mia

i love to edit, watch bts content, watch my fav youtubers, organize stuff (i find it fun), try new foods/things, and i love to read.

laura

Same familia i cried during MAMA as well because its so relatable and beautifully said. J hope is so unique and talented. He was born to perform!

SK

So, '2! 3!' will be the next?? I hope the 'purple ocean project by army' is in your list.. 2! 3! (2016 Purple ocean project by Army and BTS reaction to it) @ 3rd Muster in Seoul 161113 https://youtu.be/nZyFo_xrsyk Just FYI, at that time, the Army bombs did not have colors and ARMYs planned this event – they all put a purple plastic bag over their Army bomb during this song. Tae mentioned that he was inspired by this event when he came up with ‘I purple you (borahae).’

Simran Chauhan

QOTD: I just watch BTS BTS BTS.... even in my work time😂

KC

QOTD: I like to keep up with TXT and BTS content or look into published research relevant to my fields of study

Yumi Shimitzu

I teared up at every lyric, every time!

lucy

as a korean i would say those lyrics videos are not really good. the subtitles on the live performance(in jhope and jin's) were rather more accurate(but not perfect either.) so sad because the correct translations are only in posts, so it's hard to read it in sync with the song. there has never been an proper youtube lyrics video that I've seen so far. especially the color coded lyrics videos are just mess. they seem to focus on just uploading quickly for the views, and don't even care about the quality of translations.

lucy
>>61382270

korean is quite exquisite language + also the members often use poetic expressions, so it's hard to translate. i understand. but the color coded videos are just frequently wrong in very one-dimensional expressions. like writing "you" and "me" in reverse.. the translators doesn't even seem to understand korean. it's like they just use a translator and then modify some awkward parts arbitrarily. nevertheless, they always get huge views. i really wish ppl stop to watch them. the lyrics are really really important when it comes to bts, so i want their words are delivered intact. it's so sad that many of the translations deviate from their intended meaning.

BTSroyals (Jazmin)

This person broke first love down really well that I have to share it with you guys. Please do have a read https://www.quora.com/What-do-you-think-of-Sugas-Wings-solo-First-Love. Another thing is during NAMJOON’s “ I wish I could have loved myself” armys were chanting “ we love you” it wasn’t “ Kim namjoon” but the audio was just bad. Mama holds a special place in my heart too 😭 the lyrics is just soo beautiful. I’m pretty sure hobi mentioned his mum crying when he performed this in their wings concert when their family attended. Jin’s awake I don’t even have the words to explain how beautifully he sounds. It’s a shame the translations were off so I hope you guys still read the translation on doolset or other army translators on Twitter like @choi_bts2 or @doyou_bangtan @minimoniT_T they usually translate things quick and keep a thread of things so if u can’t find translations just check them out on Twitter.

yoon gi

Hii a new member here on patreon i just really love all your reactions to bts. It's genuine and your reactions are so relatable just like what army would react to bts 😂

Amal

you don't know how happy I was when I saw the password was mama cause that song is finally getting the recognition, it's live performance is life for me

Amal

yesterday I saw a tweet saying we don't listen to namjoon, namjoon listens to us and it is so true, like he knows what we're going through and tries to comfort us through his music

damla

the way marisol FELT awake was so relatable🥺😭 jin´s vocals make me tear up so much

damla

i didn´t expect to cry right at the beginning... first love is so emotional, yoongi has always been so open and honest with his emotions, never afraid to show he´s hurting and being vulnerable. the fact that he doesn't talk about a person but about a piano being his first love is so artistic and beautiful.. the way he raps, his breathing and gasping, the pauses and the build up is so intense and brings such powerful emotions out of u😔

moni

Started crying during awake! Jin vocals and the lyrics are so beautiful. I don’t know if you caught the applause at the end of the performance. This isn’t something that usually happens. It almost rare to see applause and a standing ovation. So for Jin to get that goes to show how powerful his voice is. This also happened in Japan and in Japan the audience culture is a lot different from other countries and for Jin to get that applause was momentous. An applause in Japan is the highest form of respect a performer can get.

damla

for the next part💜 lost lyrics: https://youtu.be/2gGqrwxixDI lost live https://youtu.be/d6kDrLzXEZQ cypher 4 lyrics https://youtu.be/zZEtB3tajMM (there’s some word translations in the bio too!) cypher 4 live https://youtu.be/WhXokbbS1Ac (one of my favs) cypher bangten bomb (though this is pt 3 and not 4, its soo legendary!!) https://youtu.be/_VKJVr_2Ttw some short videos of tae rapping cypher 4 (he’s the biggest fan😂) https://youtu.be/9veTfsz_oTk https://youtu.be/ohT5HEaOZYk am i wrong lyrics https://youtu.be/E5ruXQLaofc am i wrong live https://youtu.be/HnwUL_hBiZQ 21st century girls lyrics https://youtu.be/1uRgSMCph6M 21st century girls live https://youtu.be/z0J26eCipr8 dance practice halloween version https://youtu.be/6tUumjx2BWw 2!3! lyrics https://youtu.be/8D7Xxaq7sBU 2!3! live (so emotional pls prepare urselves) https://youtu.be/nZyFo_xrsyk wings lyrics https://youtu.be/QEMkK9RYweI wings live (my fav performance!) https://youtu.be/kh4COGK_ENI

Honestly, reading the lyrics again and watching the live performances made me so emotional. It's really a different feeling when you watch them for the very first time, and you watch these performances, and listen and read about these songs again. Because now, I got to know them better, I feel closer. and it really just hit different. I love the Love Yourself series and the Hyyh, but nothing can replace WINGS album in my heart. This album is such an important part of my life. I met them during WINGS and I was experiencing the darkest days of my life during that time. At first I used them as a distraction to the personal hell I'm going through but as I grow older with them, I started to heal and these songs really made more sense to me now, these songs were my friends, my pillow that hugs me at night. Thank you for doing these reactions, appreciate it so much. 💜 Sorry for the long comment. 😢

also I rarely listen to this album, especially the solos, it just makes me so emotional. it gets me everytime. especially the rapline solos. I remember crying watching them perform these songs live. These set of solos from all 7 are I think the darkest and deepest compared to their other solo releases.

PIDDI

I thought you would watch JK rapping first love...the end was epic of that!

Rheyia Pomar

My favorite is Yoongi's "First Love", it's so emotional and he really did a superb job in conveying his emotions into the song. It really showed that what he was expressing is genuine and true-to-life, I also love the part where the Piano was talking back to him saying that even though Suga left him and that whatever form it takes, it will always be by his side. I can clearly see and feel the story he was telling us, It just hits me every time I listen to that song.

nikki
>>61413775

this style of Yoongi's song writing always gets me, where he always talks from the perspective of his subject, here with his piano, when he talk in the perspective of the radio in Song Request and ofcourse when he talked in the perspective of his shadow in Interlude: Shadow., He puts such emotions and stories even in non-living things that most people would deem as emotionless. Man! Yoongi and his genius mind!! I love him!!!!

pluto

Familia there's a definitive version of Lie on SoundCloud made by the producer of Lie. (docskim) Check it out if you want to.

Esperanza1111tx

I know it is pointless to think this way, but sometimes I get so mad at myself that I didn't join ARMY during WINGS. It is top two favorite album. I joined ARMY during DNA. I wonder what would happen if WINGS would have been released in 2021.

missJJ

LOL when Uthman said "that's so beautiful" right when Yoongi pressed the wrong key on the piano hahahaha

Cece

Familia you should definitely react to bts reacting to the wings tour bc they show reactions to each solo and different performances too. One of the funniest and wholesome videos.

Cece

I am crying ! uthman said, "placebo! is that a science reference?" with a face of awe :D :D :D :D

atin

Familia, why did I cried watching this T^T, the emotions build by 4 emotional songs and your reaction was too much to handle T^T. And I remember Awake was made when Jin feels like he was less talented compared to other members, BUT this man is AMAZING
