After all the tears I’ve shed between hobi leaving & Moonbin today i need this even though it will probably bring a few more 💜 Thank you guys I purple you 🫶🏻 QOTD Thank you hobi & you got this! Fighting 💪🏻 🫶🏻 apobangpo

Familia 💜 Thank you for this reaction! Today is not a good day for many people in kpop, including me, so watching you guys is going to comfort me❤️your videos always make me feel safe ❣️

QOTD: that we’ll never EVER forget him and that i only wish for his happiness and good health 😓❤️‍🩹 oh man i did not expect this one tonight :( it still stings if i’m being honest and i know that sounds dramatic but it really does hurt. we have to go through this 5 more times and i have a feeling it will never not hurt. i know it’s a law in korea but it’s so unfair that they have to go through this but other people who are not nearly as influential as bts and people who haven’t done nearly as much as bts have for their country get exempted (but i don’t wanna talk about the politics of it all). i just already miss him so much + the speed at which bangtantv posted his entrance ceremony has made it so so real to me like that sounds stupid but now it’s like oh he’s really gone. i can’t even not tear up for 2 secs and now i’m crying again

I was able to watch this live from when he said “yo” at the beginning 🥺 I was fortunate enough to be able to listen/watch it on my phone while I was working. Seeing the Hobi is live notification made my whole shift and certainly gave me more peace. I felt like crying but had to keep it together since I was with a client 😭😭

today has been such a rollercoaster of emotions. seeing hobi join jin and all the members collectively being there for one another like a family was so beautiful. apobangpo 💜 (NON BTS RELATED) i didn't even know moonbin that well (i do know astro though) but its just like how many idols (korean people period) is it gonna take until they do something about their mental health crisis. the kpop community has lost about 8 idols (that ik of) due to unaliving themselves and its just so saddening. especially because no matter what fandom you come from, you see how much these idols go through just in their industry and then adding on to the stuff online is just so heartbreaking. may all of the wonderful souls lost rest easy 🙏🏾 [SHINee was my first group and I remember how sad it was hearing the news about Jonghyun passing in 2017.]

QOTD: Take care! We will waiting for you always💜

. Today has just been such an emotional roller coaster with all the things happening with moonbin and everything else . Very much needed video Borahae 💜💜

QOTD: One message for hobi is just for him to stay healthy and stay safe! (I cried again watching this) much needed familia it feels so surreal that he actually left and namjoon will send off soon as well... I can't imagine we have to go through this 5 more times.

Luv.OT13💎

What I do cope is writing down my feelings and listening to music QOTD: I would tell him that I love him and to stay safe, healthy. And we are all going to here when he gets back💜💜

Courtney_Sky (The Tortured Poets Department April 19th)

I'm trying my hardest to stay calm (even though that's an absolute lie), I just want time to go faster so I can have them back already. I watched this live but I was like half asleep so I was just listening to his voice. I watched his bangtan bomb and I could just see how all the other members felt inside, I just wanted to cry.🥺 I hope he spends all his time wisely and is productive and strong throughout his service (oh my god I already want him back pleaseeeee, he's one of my biases as well, it's just painful), going through this 5 more times is just going to get more difficult, when Jungkook leaves we won't have his karaoke/homely lives (I love that damn galaxy projector honestly... but still, no more of those for over a year), I'm just so grateful for what we're getting now and I'm trying to cherish as much content with each member.🧚🏻‍♀️ You know, fun fact: There's these ARMY translators on twitter which you obvs already know about, I think. But, the comment after the "Speak in English" - "Its okay if you don't speak English, we'll learn Korean" comes from this ARMY translator who made pages on pages of English comments translated into Korean for other ARMY to use to send to the members, I know there's other ARMY as well who made a google form for you to send in a comment that you want translated so you can then post it in chat for them to see (I think many people are doing this now because there's so many unnecessary and repetitive comments that BTS are probably getting a little tired of now, from the other lives, some members are now telling us that, it's just getting annoying and fills up so much of the chat and it drowns out all the genuine comments and good questions). It's so lovely that there are ARMY that are doing this to help international ARMY communicate better with BTS.✨💜 I follow these people who are doing these translations, please support them if you don't already know them/follow them, I feel so grateful and thankful towards these ARMY translators that are doing this for other ARMY, they have the biggest hearts to not just translate in real time but include non Korean speaking ARMY in the moment and give those a chance to be apart of the lives and chat comfortably with BTS. Sel⁷ - @BTStranslation_ 미니융 🧸 - @miiniyoongs 윤서⁷ - @btsinthemoment (Of course there's probably more but these are the ones I mainly follow).

niki

QOTD: Just say safe, stay healthy mentally and physically, and continue to be the bright light the he is.. i’m sure all of people he’ll meet there will need that bright light💜.

niki

Btw~ when you watch the bangtan bomb of his enlistment, they couldn’t film Jin due to the law. Anyways, Like you said, so many mixed emotions. Yoongis teaser came out and Im so hype and then next minute i’m crying over the bangtan bomb. This is so hard, and I don’t know how I can do this five more times. I was thinking a few days ago how sad it has been not hearing from Jin, and how much I miss him. I love the monthly videos jin releases for us, and the rare posts he leaves for us, but i just miss the feeling of the constant interaction, or the comforting feeling of knowing they were home and doing what they loved: music. Itll be harder each time a member leaves… but i’m hoping hybe releases stuff like unreleased content to keep us fed for awhile. Im so excited for the solo work that is coming, however.

Shamya Mckoy

I’m ready for u guys to watch the bangtan bomb it was a tough watch but I loved it,, they also couldn’t film jin do to the law but he’s there💜💜

Siennaflower

I got to see Hobi's Live, and send him many messages and hearts in real time. That was great. I think my best message to him was, "I want More!!!" 💜

bub

familia i miss hobi so much :( i've been with bts since 2015, so seeing them leave really breaks my heart, but im excited for them all to get back!! wishing hobi a productive, safe, service <33

SNBangtan

October 17th is my birthday and I had thought it was ruined forever because it was the date of a BigHit announcement about Jin starting the enlistment process but Hobi has redeemed it with his bday gift to me of a safe return from service!!! He’s my bias too so it’s just so fortuitous!

Melissa Chung

This was tough for me as Hobi is my bias~~ :( Wishing Hobi a safe, healthy military service and I'll wait for him on October 17, 2024 to come back to us!

Kath

QOTD: ‘1,2,3 let’s not get hurt.’ (Something the members always say before a challenge on Run BTS or any arduous and strenuous undertaking.) Above all I want to tell Hobi to go and come back safe and healthy, we will be waiting patiently. Just like JK said in the interview for Japanese TV, that at the centre (core) of every member you will find J-hope standing there, for ARMY regardless of who your bias is, Hobi is that central glue. Our dance leader, our performance leader, Team captain/manager Jung. He has always been our Hope and Sunshine. The first to try and make the atmosphere light, the first to react. The one members look for, for recharging their battery (who can forget Yoongi saying, bring J-hope, I need J-hope during that shoot for the 4th muster) and the one they look to (as Tae said in Let’s BTS) when they have concerns and need support, who will drop things for the members. The one who Namjoon said always comes first for Jimin (I worry about how Jimin will cope too). The one who raised Maknae-line. The one as Namjoon said who helped him so much. The one they look to when they make a mistake. He is the backbone, a pillar and irreplaceable support. Even in this live, he chose to focus on the positives to reassure and comfort us ARMY. By letting us into his thought process, and fleshing out some of the military service processes, he alleviated so much of the anxiety that we were feeling. (An immense part of that is also our eldest Mat-Hyung Jin who leads from the front by experiencing things first and preparing the others) I found this live so comforting. And rewatching it with you is another comfort after the whiplash, rollercoaster ride, tumultuous days that we as fandom have had and the wider kpop community, so thank you. Let’s now do as Hobi said and gear up to support the members, with Yoongi and D-day upon us. To end my comment on a lighthearted note, how funny, cool, spooky and lovely it’s been to see the rise of the cult of August D with all the Yoongi profile pic icons on social media. 💜

I already miss Hobi so much 😭 The friendship and bond that Bangtan have is so strong and wholesome 🥺💜 I really wish Hoseok the best. I hope he stays healthy and happy and comeback safely. Army will be waiting for him! His virtual hugs are the best. I love him so much 😭💜 Hobi, Jin and Yoongi are my biases but I'm OT7. I equally love and support all the members and I just know it will hit me just as hard with each member when they have to go 😭

Suga says in People, Pt. 2 that the worst part of sadness is dread. Dread is fear--fear of the unknown; fear of "Will I be able to do this? What will I have to face?" After 66 years of living, I have learned that we can face and live through a lot. To my own internal fears of "I don't know if I can do this", I have answered, "You are already doing it". We just have to put one foot in front of the other, and pass through whatever is going on. Coincidentally, one of my sons is in basic training in the US right now. So now I have 3 boys in the military to hope and pray for. I am not that sad, because I trust them. I trust them to grow, learn, and make good decisions for their lives. I never expected any of my sons or daughters to go into the military. We have never been a military family. But I trust that my son is making the right decision for himself. That trust gives me peace. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 APOBANGPO

Guys Hobi’s bangtan bombs has subs now please watch it again

Nele

i'm now rewatching this again with you guys and as always it just feels safe and like i have people that really understand me watching this with you !! it hurts, but we're getting through this together. we will never ever ever EVER forget hobi or the others !!! this would not even cross my mind. will always be waiting for them to safely and healthy return.. 💜 the love i have for hobi is so big and to see him looking at everything so positively is just heartwarming </3 but also.. it's just sad and it hurts and we can accept feeling these emotions and also at the same time stay strong for them !! :(

Honestly time cannot heal everything. The past few weeks have been a little too difficult for ARMYs looking as if everything is against us. But amongst all that members’ new projects are what keep us excited and thriving. I’ve been crying for last 3 days, everything’s a bit too emotional, but yeah we’ll cope through it! It’s just the time when Bangtan needs all our support, more than ever. All our FOCUS and TRUST on only Bangtan! ApoBanpo💜💜💜

i agree, honestly ever since festa my days have been filled with tears and depression. The only thing helping me move forward are the members' solo projects and their small updates.

its not dramatic or stupid :( ive been extremely sensitive to this situation and i nearly cry everyday at the thought of Hobi and Jin. This is not fair to bts and i will forever be confused about their government making them go. (i understand it is the law) it still doesnt sit right with me.

I think for us all this is such a hard time, especially someone like myself who doesn't really follow other groups so this is the first time going through the enlistment process and I know it's the same for so many others. What I will say and what often gives me peace of mind (although it's a very small peace of mind) is that for the boys and for every young male in Korea this is inevitable and they grow up knowing one day they will carry out the duty so for them as much as this is a sad time to leave family and friends, they have prepared the best they possibly can for this and will have a strong mindset towards this compared to a lot of us who don't have this in our own lives or have experienced this situation ever occurring - this doesn't of course make it any easier for us but I believe the time they all have now is a time where they can fulfil what they want to and spend their time as freely as they want to before going on that personal journey. I am so proud of them. I will miss them more than I will ever be able to describe but I know that one day very soon they will be back and they will be free to do as they please. As much as again this is difficult time, I believe this is just another hurdle that bangtan and army will face head on together and we will overcome this very strongly on the other side. I also think that this has highlighted (even though it was extremely apparent beforehand) just how much these boys care deeply for one another. this isn't just another boy band who are friends, they are brothers, bonded for life. Jin using his time off to meet with them, using his time off to send Hobi off, Jungkook fitting his schedule to make sure he is back to send his big brother off, Taehyung making sure he was back from Mexico to send Jin off in December. I am so proud of every single one of these boys. As much as now and they next 2 years will be very hard and we will time and time again be tested - I believe the the reunion of us all in 2025 will be the greatest reward and I am simply counting down the days <3

Bob Ross once said. Gotta have opposites dark and light, light and dark in painting. It's like in life. Gotta have a little sadness once in a while so you know when the good times come. I'm waiting on good times now.

YuuChan097_OT7💜

Hi! I am watching this for the very first time with you Familia! I miss our Hobi, because for sure if he is here for D-Day Album, he'll go all-out supporting his Yoongi-hyung. But let's all think positive and wait for them :D BORAHAE FAMILIA!!!!! ApoBangpo!

YuuChan097_OT7💜

Additional Comment/Recommendation when there are no updates regarding their Solo Album/s Activities: I hope you could react to the BTS World Series, you'll be able to see the members act for real (real acting). Each episode last for 15-20 minutes each and everything is worth it. Hope you'll notice this huhuhu. This is good for 1-seating watch hehe, it's like watching a movie. LINKS: youtube.com/watch?v=3JT3OayvrRg This message of mine might be too consistent I'm sorry but I really want you guys to react to this. Thank you!

YuuChan097_OT7💜

----!!THIS IS ME ENCOURAGING, SHARING and OPENING UP!!!---- This comment really helped me with Jin's Enlistment and now with Hobi's, so I hope this will also help you Familia and ARMYs. For the last couple of months we are done saying goodbyes to 2 of our members, Jin and Jhope, and the next 1 or 2 years we will be saying 5 more goodbyes. But let's think of it this ways, instead of Goodbyes it's more like See You later, and also, we will also get 8 "Welcome Homes" [Individual Return and as BTS again]. I haven't been an ARMY for that long but them leaving still pains me but I think I try to think more positive and be a little stronger for other ARMYs who are really having a hard time, and one of them is my friend. She has been an ARMY since N.O hehe, that's why she cried a lot during YTC in the Cinemas when Spring Day was played. I hugged her and told her that everything will be okay, they'll return before you even know it, let's keep ourselves busy and be there to support them, it's easier said than done I know that but I've been very strong lately, so I do hope for myself that I'll be like this until the last member leaves. But, 2023 will pass by quickly, I mean it's already April, and the next few weeks it will be May already so we are already half of 2023 when June comes. For those of you attending Yoongi's Concert, it will be fun if you bring "Will your Marry me Yoongi" or "Yoongi Marry Me" but it will be way more awesome if you have a big banner saying "YOUR MUSIC SAVED ME", "APOBANGPO", "WE WILL WAIT FOR ALL OF YOU". With the recent events in the idol industry, well in South Korea to be particular - I do wish for the other ARMYs to be more supportive and be very careful whenever a member is on live, actually not just BTS in particular but for other idols as well. If you have a twitter account, there are some accounts who translates nice words into korean which you can use, and I do wish for other ARMYs to avoid asking the members to speak in English it's really been frustrating and sad that this is Hobi's last live and we are still seeing comments demanding him to speak in english instead of encouraging him... please ARMYs...I'm not good in Korean but I am trying my best to study and I am proud of myself that I was able to at least learn/memorize their alphabets and as of right now I can read them quite quickly since I also watch unsubbed korean shows. You do not need money to study them, YouTube is a big help, I am only studying there, I know Jhope said that he will try to learn English but let's do the same for korean. We fell inlove with their music, their teamwork and their lyrics saved us even though it's a song in korean and we had to search for the english lyrics. So I don't see any reason why you don't want to study korean if you really want to understand them. This was an honest comment from my POV, Thank you for reading this, I really wanna open up in here so I hope you understand some of my statements, APOBANGPO! Borahae ~
