Question of the day: What’s something new that you learned about BTS’ journey through this docuseries?

What a great ending to this beautiful journey.💜This docuseries helped us gain a new perspective on BTS’s break. Even though it was sad for us Armys at the moment, it was a good thing for the members. This break was an opportunity for them to explore and express their individuality through their music and enjoy their personal growth. We’re happy they had time to reflect and be humans before going into the military. We love BTS, but we love a happy Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hobi, Tae, Jimin, and Jungkook even more.

Hope you enjoy, what we think is the best ending of all time. 🙌

I think it is so precious that Jin trusts and loves us enough to show us his childhood friends, and that his friends felt comfortable enough to be on camera, and that we get to see insight into Jins precious life, and just its so heartwarming, bc Jin is extremely private and holds things close to his chest but also is so honest and sincere and warm and loving, I miss him soooooo much im so grateful we only have 5 months left til he's back and back for good, omg, but yeah this is such a heart shaking episode, we got to see them all as solo artists and that was important, but they all love being together and i love that they always let us know that (p.s yoongi fishing made my whole day with that gummy smile of his)

Charon's world

I don't know why but this last episode touched my heart and I teared up. It's sad but hopeful. They worked so hard and seeing them live very humbly despite their success why I love them. It's a true underdog story.

Hi Familia! Excited to watch your reaction so much! I was able to finish this also yesterday evening the moment it was released (my time - I am 1 hr behind KST). The last 2 footages/clips/videos were all new, interesting and most of it were literally how they spent their lives during their team break and probably during the SOLO Eras. I'm thankful and happy that they have decided to share that to us, I truly, and really am bec a lot of those are TMI and what they have done privately. I'm honored that we were trusted with this much contents from them. Question of the day: What’s something new that you learned about BTS’ journey through this docuseries? - Jin always loves a "company", and Taehyung enjoys living alone hehe. For Jin, probably because he was going to the Military soon that's why he wanted to be with his people. As for Taehyung, I can kinda wanna experience living alone, but at the same time I wanna have someone with me from time to time - same like Jimin, so you could say I'm a mix of two. Just like what Jungkook said (I think) Taehyung knows how to have fun even though he is by himself, probably because he has a lot of hobbies or just enjoys being alone (what an introverted thing to say 😆) I think we can all agree that out of all the members, Taehyung's personality changed the most, and I'm not saying this in a bad way but in a very mature way, and I'm happy for our Tae Tae. I also learned that they really didn't have any meetings or whatsoever when they started their solo journeys (I guess there were they just didn't show it) but just as Jungkook said on an interview with Apple, it came naturally to them. Thinking about all that has happened, it is sad that they had to go on Solos for the mean time but it's really something that they needed, they were so focused on the team that they kinda lost what their individualities were like before BTS. They have to complete theirselves first before becoming a team again. Because overall, completing and knowing who they are, and what they are will greatly benefit the team. I also love how Yoongi stated that he doesn't want any competition anymore, like he doesn't wanna be on a battlefield that is always hungry for more.. I mean it's great to have a goal of course, to be on the charts, to be awarded, recognize but.. I think they all just want to spend their entire upcoming career with ARMYs, to have that stableness and comfort. And I can kinda relate to that, because right now... I just wanna work, live and be able to do the things I can and want, I don't desire for a top position but I just want stableness in life. What a long comment again haha, sorry, when it comes to BTS, I always end up writing a whole essay 😅 BORAHAE 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

as emotional and bittersweet these two final episodes were, I think they were my favorite of the entire docuseries. Like I don't even know where to start trying to express the emotions I went through... The members opened up so much and led us into a little of their personal lives. Being so open (for lack of a better word) about their living spaces to us, entrusting us bc they love armys means a lot. For some of the members who are so private, it was really touching that they wanted to show us this unfiltered side of them when they first living apart. That conversation jimin had talking about how yoongi, jin, jimin and Jungkook were the last ones to leave made go like : 🥺😭💔 They're full on grown men but I bet that adjustment was hard for some of them. Namjoon's analogy about the olympics was so insane. So did Tae's with the hot air balloon ( I think Namjoon also said the same analogy in You Quiz On The Block) BTS never expected to reach stardom, never expected more than half of the accomplishments they got. The pressure, the eyes of the world having been on them not only in Korea but as foreigners to other countries...I will always admire their strength. They endured and struggled and went through so many hurdles for us and themselves essentially. I'm so thankful part of chapter 2 allowed them to do some self discovery and regrowth. Finding good reliable friends in their position must be so hard. So seeing Seokjin on camera with his friends for the first time was so beautiful. It looks like they've been friends since pre-debut. That entire sequence was also one of my favorite parts. Im so happy he has good people around him. Jimin as well. It seemed his friends noticed when he seemed depressed and tried to be a listening ear. Tae has his Wooga Squad and school friends. Jungkook has his 97 liners and im sure others. Namjoon has his friends he would post on his socials all the time. Im sure Hobi and Yoongi do as well. I love that for them🥰 GOD IM WRITING A WHOLE ASS ESSAY IM SORRY IM SURE NO ONES READING TILL HERE BUT WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DO A MONTAGE OF JIN GETTING HIS HEAD SHAVED WITH YOONKOOK WATCHING AND TAE ON FACETIME RIGHT INTO ALL THEIR SOLO WORKS WITH TAKE TWO PLAYING I WILL FIGHT YOU😭💜💜

Hi again Familia! I have so much to say and, I already shared this with my ARMY friends but I do wanna share it with you as well since you are also my ARMY friends. I know it's selfish of wanting more from BTS, but probably it's because this is the very first time that I was so looking forward for something from someone else. This is the first time that I have love something/someone, excited to enjoy and devour everything from them, wanting for them to achieve more and more. I can literally see and picture myself even after 10+ or 20+ years just wanting to see more of BTS. There will come a time that they'll gracefully go off the stage and live their own lives, but not thinking of that for now, and I just genuinely want to spent more years with them, and with the ARMYs. The process of them finding themselves, living as human beings makes me happy for them because they can finally get to enjoy what it means to "live" normally. Sorry, I talked too much hahaha - whenever I get to the reaction and hear your thoughts familia, a lot of things pop up out of my mind hehe.

Hi Crescent - I read it all the way 💜 And you are absolutely correct, who gave them permission to show us a whole video of Jin being prepared for the military with YoonKook watching him with so much uncertainty in their eyes, they look worried &... uneasy... then facetiming Taehyung - making it a jolly/happy call.. that whole clip from that moment until Tae's last statement of "I'm thankful that we remained 7 for the past 10 years" is definitely one of my favorite, because we all know it's hard for a kpop group to stay that long with no member change or disbanding. I remember when JK was talking to Shinwoo from Shinhwa, wondering how they were able to stay for more than 19 years (20+ now) - and look where they are now, 10 years with no member change, getting ready for 2025. 💜

I loved this docuseries and have so much I could say about it, but right now, I feel an obligation, as I know you guys are Spongebob fans, to let you know that Yoongi was singing the Korean version of THE RIPPED PANTS 😂 hopefully, this bit of information brings a smile to your faces. Here's the tweet that I saw about it: https://twitter.com/syubjim/status/1745066475113894392

Answering your question.. I was at the Yet To Come in Busan concert. There aren't enough words to express and describe how happy and forever grateful I am to have been given that opportunity. It took me a while to process everything and it remains one of my most favorite, beautiful, and cherished memory.

Nele

gosh this docuseries was simply absolutely beyond amazing !!!! after every single episode i felt overwhelmed again and again with how much love i have for these seven souls. FOREVER. exactly.... having faith in them.💜

Marisol, what you said about Jimin seeming like he was still struggling a bit is valid because we have to remember that was when he was experiencing the emotions that influenced Face, as well as writing those songs. In Jimin's Suchwita interview, I believe, or somewhere else during Face era, he mentioned that he wasn't completely recovered until about the time when he was in Vegas, which was in the beginning of 2022. He was gradually getting better from the end of 2021 until the start of 2022, I believe. But I loved seeing how peacefully and comfortably he allowed himself to heal and recover. Seeing all of the members take time to themselves to build their own identities and senses of happiness on their own and in their own worlds, and then allowing that inspiration to fuel their desire to continue to push forward together, for themselves and for army and for each other, and with passion, was so beautiful to witness. I am always so grateful for everything that those 7 choose to share with us. So grateful and so honored. I love them so much and hope that even their time in the military is a fruitful process for them in some way. I know that I'll be right here, patiently waiting for their return. I really hope that we can work towards making our own lives healthier so that we can all support them in a healthy way. That way the members will know that this time apart, although it was difficult, held meaning.

These last few episodes were pretty bittersweet for me. What a journey! As Jin started to speak at the end I became more and more emotional and ended up crying. I miss those 7 so much and I can't wait for the day of their return!

Thank you for that familia 💜Marisol regarding what you said about Jimin. Jimin is the most emotional one, he is very honest with his emotions so he thinks a lot like he said so I think he was trying to organize his thoughts on how he will continue. Many things they couldn’t control were happening between 2020 and 2022 (Covid, military….) Basically it was a new experience being by himself as an artist and also at home. He said, when he was having dinner with JK, that he was feeling healthy and he wanted to grow like that in the future with army. We saw him having such a good time during FACE and being proud of what he accomplished. So he might have been a little anxious about chapter 2 since it was so new but he loved it and that experience even gave him the need to try new and various things. You talked about the footage of him at his home alone in the dark etc I’m almost sure that is also the desire of Jimin to keep his home kind of private ? He is very protective of his private life, he has his friends but he never post about them like rm or Jin for example. He goes out with others idols or friends but never share it on social medias. So I think he just wanted to keep some moments private and share simple things. Jimin is such an adorable and honest soul like I want happiness to never leave him. APOBANGPO 💜

Very well said ! You described Jimin and details about him perfectly !

Bare in mind, Jungkook saying :"its been a while" literally was an hour after the final PTD Seoul Concert in March, they had been apart for less that 60 minutes
