I have a few updates about the membership tiers, rewards, and some new changes coming to the content. The goal is to make each tier feel more balanced and ensure the benefits match the price.

Here's everything you need to know!

1. New Membership Prices

Starting today, the membership prices will be adjusted as follows:

• Tier 1: $4 → $3

• Tier 2: $7 → $6

• Tier 3: $20 → $16

The goal is to balance the membership prices with the benefits each tier provides.
Another thing, no more limit members for Tier 3.

2. Smaller File Sizes for Character Sets

For Tier 3 members, you might have already noticed that the file size of each character set has dropped from around 5GB to just 1GB.

I've stopped using an upscaler, but the overall image results should remain similar to what you've seen in previous sets.

This change helps reduce storage usage on my SSD, allowing me to manage my files more efficiently without sacrificing the image quality you're used to.

It's a win-win for both sides!

3. Adjustments to Membership Benefits

There will also be a few changes to how some content is distributed between tiers.

Extra Stuff

Extra Stuff will now be available exclusively to Tier 2 and Tier 3.

When the scheduled release time arrives, the corresponding Extra Stuff folder will be moved to Tier 2.

Tier 2 Character Set Access

Tier 2 will now have access to the most recent 5 months of character sets. Older character sets will be moved to Tier 3.

Tier 3 New Folder

Tier 3 will receive a new folder containing character sets that have been moved out of Tier 2's available archive, and new folder for video.

This means older character sets will remain accessible through Tier 3 instead of being removed entirely.

Character Voting & Weekly Schedule

Character voting will no longer be part of the schedule.

Instead, next week's schedule will consist of newly produced character sets from the current week. This is similar to how I've been handling the schedule recently, so the upcoming releases will continue to feature fresh sets.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 members can still submit requests as usual!

About Tier 3's Price Reduction

I also want to clarify the original purpose of Tier 3 and why I've decided to lower its price.

When Tier 3 was first introduced, its main selling point was access to unreleased character sets scheduled to be released around 3 months in the future. This meant Tier 3 members could get a sneak peek at upcoming character sets months before their official release, as well as view newly produced sets earlier than other members.

However, as my production quality has improved, the older unreleased sets are now noticeably behind my recently produced sets in terms of quality. Because of this, I don't think those unreleased sets are worth keeping as the main selling point anymore.

On top of that, the weekly schedule already features the latest character sets I've produced, so the main advantage of Tier 3 has gradually shifted toward early access to upcoming content.

Putting myself in a consumer's position, I don't think paying $20 just to see character sets one week early is fair.

That's why I've decided to reduce Tier 3 from $20 to $16. I want the price to reflect the actual value of its benefits rather than relying on a selling point that no longer offers the same value as before.

Tier 3 will still provide access to older character sets, exclusive content, and all videos for each set. I hope these changes make the tier feel more worthwhile and fair for everyone.

4. Video Content Is Coming Back!

And finally, the big one: video content is coming back to the menu!

Q: Let me guess, SFW only again?

A: Nope, this time its NSFW

However, video access will be divided between the tiers, so here's how it will work.

Q: Will Tier 1 and Tier 2 members get videos too?

A: Yes! Tier 1 and Tier 2 will still receive videos, but Tier 3 will have access to additional videos.

For example, if one character set contains 4 videos:

• Tier 1 & Tier 2: Access to 1 video.

• Tier 3: Access to all 4 videos.

The first video will be included in the usual character set folder, just like the images. The remaining videos will be available through a Tier 3 exclusive link.

Q: Can Tier 3 members request videos?

A: Yes! Tier 3 members can submit requests related to the videos in a character set.

However, please keep in mind that I'm still new to video generation, so there are some limitations. If a request is too complicated, the result might not turn out exactly as you expected.

Just like when I started making image sets, I'll need at least a few months to learn, experiment, and improve my workflow before I can take things to the next level.

Current Video Limitations

• Maximum duration: 5 seconds per video.

• Model: WAN 2.2 I2V-14B, running locally on my PC.

• Audio: Not available for now.

I might introduce audio in the future, but for now, I'll focus on improving the video results first.
