Today  I spoke with alumni of a religious school I went to and discovered the  trauma I experienced is shared among us all. I am heartbroken and angry  for the abuses people have come forward and shared. So for my sake, and  for those who have suffered under the hand of toxic religion, remember  you are holy. Remember your body is holy. You are amazing and loved, and  no church or religion has any business telling you otherwise.
