I visited my parents. I thought it went well.

My bio-dad wanted to meet for coffee. I thought it was going well.

I had hope. I thought, maybe... things are getting better.

And then... this.

I'm going limited contact with them. I will no longer be visiting their home (I'm 'respecting' this new boundary of theirs), and I will no longer be hanging out with them alone going forward (each time I'm alone with them, they 'confront' me about something). 

For the record: I cooked all Friday night. Then we played cards. I touched Leora maybe once.

This was the final straw. The camel's back is broken.
