In episode 206: The Psychedelic Santa Claus Conspiracy, we talked about how reindeer seek out Amanita Muscaria (magic mushroom) to trip on! The hallucinogenic reindeer urine is then drank by arctic shamans to aid in ritual ceremony. This year for Xmas, Aly sent me a chocolate Amanita Muscaria! I had been waiting to cut it open and eat it bc it’s so cute BUT FUCK IT WE ARE IN 2025 LFG! Today I thawed it out and am snacking on it. It’s filled with praline and hazelnut, plus the packaging is so magical. I love it. Just thought I would share a positive haunting!
