Quite how or why Sheeva became enamoured with the 'bimbo' lifestyle of the Earthrealm is unknown and perhaps unknowable, but she has fully embraced its excessive sexual expression.

It's possible that I will yet figure out something to dress her in. I wasn't happy with the sling bikini look (the four boobies are definitely a drawback for fitting). I also tried pasties with the MK emblem like her purse, connected to a string sling bikini that almost worked.
