sooo i pulled it apart hoping id see something out of place...annnnd NUP so no idea why it's being a lil d bag....

I'll keep my eyes out on a black out replacement.

I injured myself by using pliers to pluck off the dials but i accidentally pinched my skin, so good one Sheila, clap clap. (honestly, this one hurt a LOT and I almost cried. Stabbing = NO WORRIES, a little pinch, and wah wah wah cry baby - i didn't cry tho! I'm "fearless" lol no not really)

issues with my blue yeti : What it CAN do Connect to laptop but with an electrical interferance that i cannot remove that comes from in mic not the laptop What it can NO LONGER go connect to my iphone (no more recording binaural on the phone) allow me to hear live audio (no more judging if the audio is pewp, what bg noise it is picking up, p popping, loud enough etc...) the gain act normally (it's way too loud, even on the quietest setting)

Yeah well prolly one of the ic’s has shit itself and that would be a micro soldering job to fix. Electronics repairer might be able to do it if the right part can be got

hmm i did look for a part that looked obviously burnt or whatever, but i couldn't see anything weird with my untrained eye. I sourced a cheap replacement blue yeti that is BLACK so i'm kinda stoked - should be here by next week, and i could even set up both for some fun binaural work! (even work on cancelling the buzz from that side. Maybe one day i'll try get it repaired...
