Perk Changes Ahead - PLEASE VOTE - You Shape YOUR Perks!! (Patreon)

TLDR: I have a new job = less time to create. I am changing perks so that I can still have time to post enough publicly. PLEASE let me know what perks you want to keep or see in future that are faster than a video! Also if i need to change my content style, what would you watch v not watch? (list below underlined)


I have some news! I got a new job!

This means my time to create content has been more than quartered and I will not have enough time to keep up with my current complicated style in the schedule of 4 animations, 2 live action ASMR videos, with 2 exclusive Patreon videos a month.

My stats tell me only a small percentage of you actually watch the exclusive content on patreon, many videos don't even have a single view from patrons. It leads me to believe it would be ok to cut down on exclusive content.

On Sundays I spend most the day with my family and relatives so....I have 4 days and 4 evenings to create content a month. Creating 2 videos for patreon as i do currently would take me 2-4 days alone. Leaving only 2-4 days to make public content.

I have tried to see which perks you guys actually enjoy and tried to see where in the tier system they should be offered or how I can cut back on the time spent editing while still delivering ASMR. My solution has been changing the exclusive videos to AUDIOS and not creating a specialty filmed BTS video. I can still continue all perks prior to the Roo tier easily. I can even offer new perks like exclusive instagram posts + letters to make up for the change as those wouldn't take as long to create.

Would Audios be something you would want to receive or am I better off not creating at all if it isn't a video?

***** I personally think I will be doing my channel and viewers a disservice to go back to my old format of being more audible than visual. I don't think my sound is anything special. But i feel squashed between a rock and a hard place. I could take all month to work on 1 epic creation...that would probably be the best time well spent...but I don't know what to do in this situation

Script writing, 3d modeling, simple and short animation filming and editing, and prop making can happen through the week after work (due to being on call after hours...), but filming really does need to be done uninterrupted on the weekends (HOPING it stays quiet).

I'll have to reel back the SFX due to the tedious manual precision in editing frame by frame. HOWEVER a video lacking SFX isn't WORSE or less effective at ASMR.

This is a little upsetting for me as I do find ASMR to be my passion - focusing in immersion of the story, but this is life, haha.

What would you be happy with? Losing a few perks for more long-form public fancy content, or ?? If you want a change in perk, ones you would actually like and look forward to that I have not done yet, let me know!

I'm happy to continue along the hand written notes and even could do a short 15 second instagram filter video to you each month on a certain tier. They are quick enough to make that I can upkeep with it.
