NT1a new is $250 ...the NT1 is better but another $20 brand new in a kit. This is bidded up to $190 so far + $30 cable ... so i save $20?

Maybe it's worth losing the bid and just buying new? :'D

Now i'm wanting some pencil cardiod ones....why must i collect mics so? lol

i also got side tracked, the plastic is literally tacked up around my pc desk, it looks like a kill room. this is to keep the heat from my pc fan around me so it's warm and cosy in winter, as i am in the main open plan part of the house and it doesn't hold heat and no amount of heaters will keep it warm. i have an electric throw and my pc that keeps me toasty all through winter and i even got my mum to crochet me a nose muff to keep my nosey warm ROFL!

"Is it weird if I tie you to my bed...?" Ummm... dunno, what kind of breakfast cereal you got? Sorry that's creepy af, lol... but it's 3am here, omg. Can you set your bids to go up in like $10 increments to a predetermined stop point and then quit, or do you have to manually oversee it? If the better mic you want is $270 brand new, including a cable and the shipping, I'd say bid up to like $210 for the used one that's almost as good, and with $30 for a cable plus $30 for shipping you come out even?? The mic you're using to record this sounds fine to me but although I'm naturally sound oriented, my ears are not really attuned specifically to what is considered ideal for recording. The volume knob on my headphones is at maximum and the laptop audio setting is at 10/100 and your voice comes through loud and clear. If I turn the laptop audio up to 100/100 it's unbearably loud with all kinds of extra sounds like you're in a wind tunnel. Maybe that's normal? What volume do most listeners have their hearing device set at? My ears are so insanely sensitive... I have to take ear plugs with me out in any public setting or I can hear people chew from across a crowded restaurant. I'm clueless about the need for different mics for different things like voice vs trigger sounds, but I have no trouble believing that's a thing... like the way guitar players need a dozen different guitars because each one has its own personality. And yes I agree bass sounds are everything. Anyway I'm rambling and I guess the point is... if you need a 100 mics in your collection then that's what you need, lol. The investment is worth it to make it perfect for you.

with ebay i can just set the bid to my highest and it just goes up as much as the next bidder goes up. I try to set it so my pc volume is at 24 and i use headphones and if it sounds good and loud enough that's what i edit it to. This is coz i watch most youtube on 24 so the ads shouldn't deafen or need to require too much sound adjustment on the viewers side. the wind is white noise or the pc (at the first half)! The thing is a new mic is always a gamble. While i love the sound quality of some mics i've used its not so good because of white noise of it picking up Electric signal buzzing (the blue yeti is famous for that!)
