I'm curious...

Patreon tells me a vast majority of patrons don't even view the perks they are entitled to- so i was wondering why people join, merely for support, or for the actual perks??

Just support. I was just hoping for a post or two between videos, but would still support without them. If it's overwhelming, every other creator I support does a post or two a month. Previews, life or channel update and occasionally a bloopers or something.

I rarely have the chance to scroll my Patreon feed, so it ends up feeling like just another social media timeline I'm obligated to trudge through. 😂 Some creators post so much, they seem to bury the rest. So I never subscribe FOR the content here. (And as a creator on Patreon, I have adapted to this and almost never post anything at all on MY account.) So ... it's all just a big tip jar, with little moments like this to converse. I do like seeing some behind the scenes or periodic work in progress stuff, though. But "exclusive content" like some creators do is unnecessary in a world where we as viewers only have so many "watch hours" in our day to devote to consuming Content Creator content, that we're already swamped.

Aw, you're so sweet! Thank you! Yes it can be hard to maintain all the socials, I've had to pick and choose and be really slack with most of them tbh! haha. I just figure if i spend a week on patreon content perhaps that week woudl be better off on a bigger production that everyone can enjoy, including patrons! :)
