There are many steps in my process...
1- write script
2- design make and assemble props
3- set up stage
4- design compile costume
5- film
6- edit out the mistakes
~
7- edit the audio
8- design the background imagery (unless I collab)
9- design the audio of the background
10- then compile the foreground and background
11- then record and edit foley with the imagery

I had done the first 6 prior to today all before 2am!!!
but today I knocked out 7 and 10 (well the draft of it!). All that's left is 10 and 11!

Tomorrow I will see how my render was, as with half the ram in my system oh boy is it slow!!! Then I can fix up any visual mistakes and start with some foley (there isn't a lot!) ALSO I don't have to redo the bg or bg audio coz it was a series so this makes it all VERY easy! Series are a way to save time as I filmed them all in one go!

I know I'm a perfectionist and I add too many effects that really add no value to the ASMR element of the video...so I'm keeping this on 'lite mode' so i can achieve my goal of weekly videos. I shall try! haha! Also as the series went on the glitches were less so it really doesn't require any real effects in this episode! However, I flewwwww through this one (prob coz no effects lol) so if anyone will have input on what effects are actually helpful for ASMR or the experience, let me know! Probably tomorrow i will add them in! ie- glitches? Torch flare? etc?

This is a video I've done 3x now and I'm keen to move on to the other series I have planned! It's still an excellent video!

I also have some secret project in the works I hope you guys will love!! Can't wait to show you all!

STAY TUNED

🙌🙌 I like the keeping it "lite" decision! Less stress!! And more ideas coming to life How's the half ram doing in terms of bsod? Been sounding like a lot less ^~^

Thumbnails could be a bit bigger, Otherwise, it's ace. 👍‍

shhheila

The thumbnails are just a preview screen from media encoder. It shows a tiny image of what is being rendered. I don't think it's possible to make that bigger? Next time I'll share actual screen shots in after effects! Sorry about that!
