so much love for josh for earnestly trying to explain OPS baseball is the best

Honestly Timmy sounds like he'd be a delight for the bowling team, sure he's monotonous but his enthusiasm makes him sound like he'd be a real angel.

My favorite lads appearing on my favorite podcasts? My favorite podcasters appearing on Worst of All? And they're all kissing each other?

Right off the bat (pun intended), "nada" does not mean "no", so there they are in a baseball field being wrong about Spanish

Give how much of modern evangelism is taking bits of the Bible out of context to justify their narrative, I'm not surprised they take bits of Shakespeare out of context to justify their narrative.

I have noticed that Jack Allen sounds like Trump to me too, and here’s why I think it is: Trump’s mom was a Scottish immigrant and I think that’s what Scottish people sound like when they’re trying to do an American accent.

"Hath not a Toydarian eyes?"

A few years ago I bought an adventures in odyssey cassette off etsy thinking it was the episode about halloween being evil, only to play it and hear a kid reenacting requiem for a dream with a toy chicken. so its great to hear you'se cover it and experience the madness

I'm disappointed no one responded to Josh's "wettest we've seen from the standpoint of water" joke, but I use that line all the time and no one gets it either 😔

Odyssey doing a "Homer at the Bat" really isn't helping it beat the evangelical Simpsons comparision.

I'm so upset throughout the entire chicken episode there were multiple jokes made about "what if the chicken was masterbation" but NO ONE ever made a "choke the chicken" joke!

I will never get tired of hearing from my baby boy brat bottom rep Edwin 🙏 a beacon of light in this shitshow

And 321 Penguins slaps actually, Phil can suck my dick but that was a funny show And Nathan Carlson was one of the original creators for the pilot! Because I can’t go five seconds without mentioning Richard Maxwell

Tom Hauptman

See I didn't think it was a reference to Hennessy but to Henny Penny a manufacturer of commercial fryers including pressure fryers used at KFC. But also my brain makes really fuckin weird connections.

Was the countdown bit at the end of the baseball episode not supposed to be evoking rockets taking off? Like, the windup of the pitcher was really stretched out to indicate that this section was meant to be in slow motion, so the image they're trying to conjure in your mind is the ball flying towards the batter, so the countdown is leading up to him hitting a home run, or sending the ball "into space"? Not too give Odyssey too much credit but I thought that moment was pretty evocative
