Thanks for the 30 Rock flashbang lol

Ms. Charlie

Having lived in Utah my whole life, and been raised mormon (having since left for obvious reasons) RHSLC is a *fascinating* concept to me that I've never actually watched. Primarily because I grew up in mormon culture, but not WEALTHY mormon culture, which has a notable class schism. So it feels as if it'd be a very strange funhouse lens of familiarity, but skewed to the heights of being unrelatable in a way very different for people raised outside of mormon culture.

small point of order because it's a thing i love and reference constantly, the Jessica Simpson quote from Newlyweds is "Is this chicken, what I have, or is it fish?" because she is eating Chicken of the Sea tuna. thank you

J

Josh, I wanted to thank you for honoring my vendetta against Brian by making him watch this. He knows what he did (I forgot though)

As someone with some family in the San Diego area “Kathy Napkins, whose family invented napkins” is a tactical strike

My rich republican parents moved to a gated community in Ocala FL, and supposedly the swinger code there is you have a pool noodle on the back of your golf cart.

Great episode, I really relate with A.J. saying the fights gave him fight or flight anxiety, I could never be in the same room when my sister and mom were watching these shows growing up.

This is a tangent right off the bat, but I love inside the actor studio! It gets so philosophical and pretentiousabout acting, but I’m here for it. James Lipton speaks with what I imagine to be the voice of God. One summer in high school I went through a phase where I watched every episode of that that I could find on YouTube. I then went around asking all of my friends and family the famous 10 questions by Bernard Pivot. (Or whatever his name is?) It was actually an interesting bonding experience. Asking my grandparents Their favorite curse word and hearing my grandma say “damn”was fun!

John Leavitt

Here’s your trivia night winner: technically speaking Bradley Cooper’s first screen appearance was asking a question from the audience at inside the actor’s studio

For some reason I read Kelsey Grammer’s autobiography some years ago and hoo boy does he have issues with women. His contempt for the women in his life just drips off of every page. And his arrogance is so astounding, I’m not surprised he wanted to be on the show so he could gift the audience with his presence. My favourite passage from the book: “It occurred to me, and I know this might sound strange, that I might be Jesus. And I prayed that God would let me know. I didn’t mind the idea of having to die for mankind; I was just sick and tired of not knowing. After a while it became painfully clear that I was not Jesus. That this was not exactly what He had in mind for me. Still, it was the same desire to do good, to serve mankind, if you will, that led me to become an actor."

Elizabeth Power

Wow, that’s insane. He sounds insufferable.

Wilko

I don't get why people would agree to participate in this type of show. But I also don't get why people watch this. Rationally, yes. But this type of content just leaves me cold.

Jordyn Clementi

30 Rock mentioned. RuPaul's Drag Race when??

CJ Elliott

That's the same rambling I've heard from a homeless gentleman I had a cigarette with in Portland. But this guy actually offered me a cigarette, making him closer to being Jesus Christ than Kelsey Grammer could even fathom being.

Long Time Fan, First Time Worst of All Possible Comments: Pernicious is a real word and is an adjective, so I don't think it's really appropriate to include in the Verbal-Flub-Roundup. Loving the ep!

Jesus "Frasier" Crane would be so fucking funny. JFC: "What are they doing in the temple?" ENC: "Don't go in there, Frasier. You know how you get around moneychangers." JFC: "You can't stop me, Egyptian Niles. Their soiling the very sanctity with their filthy lucre!" ENC: "There he goes. My brother, the table turner." JFC: "Well then, change THIS!"
