Didn't have much inspiration for today's theme, so have Kit in a Noir setting c:In other news, I'm almost finished with Horsin' Around, just gotta iron out a couple kinks and I'll hopefully be able to post the last chapter today or tomorrow :D

Splungedude

Rain whispered against the window, a tired city lullaby for women who never sleep. I was halfway through a cup of burnt coffee and a bad decision when she walked in — a fox, but not the kind you trap. Fur the color of autumn sin, eyes that could read your soul and sell it back to you at a markup. She moved like smoke with purpose, tail swaying, heels clicking a beat my heart was dumb enough to follow. “Detective,” she said, voice low and velvet-dark, “I need someone who can find what’s been lost.” I didn’t ask what — some things are better left missing. Still, I poured her a drink and lit another cigarette. Because when a fox like that crosses your threshold, you already know how the story ends — you just hope the ending’s worth the fall.

I love that you went for something different with Noir instead of something more common like Stepford Wife.
