Will edit to make it more clear. Angel 1 was following Sapphire. Sapphire was in the 51st level of the Angelic Tower, then escaped just as Angel 1 arrived. 1 then attacked her as she left, taking the entire 51st floor with it. Unfortunately for Kirin, he happened to be on that floor.
