Billing Delay Update VERY CONFUSING IM SORRY (Patreon)

I made a goof and thought I was supposed to delay billing in October for October but apparently I needed to do it last month, SO that means October WILL be billing, but in exchange I will go back to normal commissions and MotM in November and that month's billing will be delayed as a stand in for October.
