God what a chapter. That whole black flash sequence was amazing, I love how the black flash was symbolic for Akira overcoming a portion of his truama, or at least from what I had gathered. I'm really interested to see what Akira stands to gain from the corpse of the finger born, if he's allowed to keep it considering its an entirely unknown threat that certain people would be extremely interested in dissecting.

Honestly speaking, this might be you the best actual fight that you’ve written. The tension was perfect the entire way as well as the tempo of the fight. It’s wasn’t bogged down with bloated descriptions and I never felt lost or confused in what either party was trying to accomplish and it hit the emotional high notes. Really a fantastic chapter Bronze, feels like you hit a new standard in quality. Admittedly I was almost a little confused in how he was able to manipulate cursed energy after he picked up Her Majesty but I went backed and reread a chapter and no, Akira can still use reinforcement in himself just not in the blade yet. And really liked the flashback, while I’m not a big fan of Satoru’s showboating I do adore the genuine moments he has with the people who know the real him and seeing the faith he has for Akira just did wonders for our boy. Can’t wait for when the brothers reunite. And I am stoked for the next chapter because I really want to know if when Akira uses curse extraction if he will get a core and a finger or just a core. The potential there would legitimately be scary to Akira. Maybe gain the favored technique and an assload if cursed energy, maybe become a vessel for Sukuna, maybe even use the core as a sacrifice for a tool or god-forbid a familiar. Either way can’t wait to see what ya do bud!

Thanks for the feedback, I'm really proud of this fight too, it was a ton of fun to write. Satoru is a good brother to Akira, that is undeniable, he just isn't good at handling the particular set of issues Akira had.

So, he has finally taken the leap that separates the ordinary from the extraordinary. Nice. Thank God this thing didn't have regen since it wasn't a cursed spirit that ate the finger. Having to deal with a scuffed Sukuna clone was hard enough without adding regen to the mix.

Yeah, it makes sense that it would be weaker in some ways to an actual finger bearer, if he fought the one that Yuji did, he might have died.
