One quick (but mean) note about the points system in both Heavenly Vows and Wrong Side of Mars… The FMC’s perception of everyone around her? It shifts. But here’s the fun part: I’m not going to hold your hand and flash big red arrows every time her heart (or loyalty) tilts. No pop-ups. No “+5 Corruption” notifications. No mercy. You’ll have to actually watch her. Check the UI obsessively after every conversation, every choice, every quiet moment she spends staring into the distance. Did her expression soften toward him? Did her eyes linger a second too long on the other guy? Did that tiny smile just betray everything you thought was safe?

That’s the game. That’s the ache I built in on purpose.

I could make it easy. I could spoon-feed you every shift. But where’s the fun in that? 😈

Every hour I spend on those extras is an hour I have to steal from sleep, from sanity, from actually finishing the main beasts. The studio needs to breathe a little easier for me to justify investing so much time. And guess who holds the oxygen mask? You do.

Every tier upgrade, every new sinner who joins the inner circle, buys me one more uninterrupted night to sharpen the next blade just for you.

I respect your time as supporters. I’m not interested in padding the VN with walls of empty text just to make the playtime seem longer. That only leads to people spamming the skip button to get to the good parts.

My goals for the writing are:

Every line of dialogue matters.

Everything you read pushes the story, emotion, or tension forward.

No pointless filler just to extend “hours played.”

Because of that, updates may feel relatively short in raw length, but:

If you immerse yourself,

Read every line,

Play with the sound/volume on,

…the impact of each update should last. I want scenes that stick with you for days, where you keep thinking about what just happened and what might happen next.
