Hey everyone, now that most of you have played Chapter 3 of Wrong Side of Mars, I want to open up a discussion about the pacing.

As you know, I’m running two very different projects right now. With Heavenly Vows, we are dealing with a methodical slow-burn. For Wrong Side of Mars, I made a deliberate choice to accelerate Lena’s corruption. Between the extreme survival situation, the primal instincts kicking in, and the desire to make sure you guys are getting consistent, spicy content across the studio, things have escalated quickly.

I wanted to provide a contrast to the slow burn, but this studio is built for you guys, the supporters. So I want to hear from you on how we handle Lena’s arc moving forward:

Generally speaking, I’m naturally in favor of a logical, action-packed plot that focuses on the unfolding events. But I don’t think it would be right to slow down “Wrong Side of Mars” at this point, especially since it’s already off to a promising start. It always comes down to the story, and if a third project were to come up later, I’d welcome a more leisurely approach. Both approaches are perfectly fine — after all, you’re a studio that values a good story, and if the story is good and the situation calls for it, sometimes a slower start is necessary, but sometimes a faster one is needed as well.

I am genuinely a fan of your insights now, and I can sense that the small crowd of supporters I have in this gourmet studio is absolutely mature, intelligent, and has a finer taste for quality content, not just aimlessly looking for h-scenes. And there will be a third, fourth ,fifth and many more. My devious mind has already cooked a great plan for the next VN 😈
