Patreon Role for Discord (Patreon)

The Discord is now pretty much set up (I think) and i assigned a role for you all (You'll still need to confirm your age).
So far it's one role for any Tier, but that might change in the future. Or not.

Everyone should have received an invite and all, so, welcome to the server.
