Super late to this but: 육회 (the dish on the bottom right) is raw beef. Yoohyeon put egg yolk on it as it is usually eaten. It's different from "regular" beef (minced, ground, etc.) in that it's typically cut/prepared to order and therefore as fresh as possible. They also had it in other dishes.
