Sneak Peak & Updates! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! :) Are you guys having a good week so far?

Here is a sneak peak of my newest drawing! She's for a DTIYS challenge held by Sara Faber and I couldn't wait to draw her! I kept this one sketchy and loose and actually avoided a more polished/clean look because I wanted to capture the essence of her movement. You can actually see a lot of my gesture lines in the piece because I didn't erase them--and personally, I think gesture lines add a whole other dynamic to a piece that breathes and moves.

For my Devoted Dragonflies ($10), stay tuned for a Layered PSD of this piece so you can see my entire process, including each gesture & sketch phase underneath! I will also be posting our very first Video Critique, where a Patron sent me one of their drawings for a critique and I did a draw-over and analysis of their work to show how they can improve. More info to come for those who would like a video critique, keep your eyes out for this post either today or tomorrow!

And hey Big-Hearted Butterflies ($5)! I am going to be working on our first "Draw With Me" video today, so stay tuned!! :D
