Happy Friday everyone!! I'm so happy the weekend is here 😊✨

Here is the first finished patron portrait for the Draw Me event! πŸ’–And as requested, I've included the original patron selfie along with the portrait 😊 I really enjoyed this one; the coat, beanie, and glasses were such adorable features to add to this drawing! There are quite a few left to do so I'm gonna be a busy bee this month. I will be uploading a process video for this drawing very soon for all $5+ Patrons so keep an eye out for it!

Feature Friday: If you'd like a feature of your artwork on my story, drop your username in the comments! I will be featuring your lovely art over the weekend and giving you guys some support πŸ˜ŠπŸ’–

An important question:  What would you like this month's tutorial to be about? This coming week I want to post the September tutorial poll, so comment any suggestions or thoughts you may have! πŸ’– All suggestions are welcome so it doesn't have to be a really complex subject, it could be something as simple as a tutorial on how to draw... a nose! Haha or something like that 😊 I'll be writing down everyone's suggestions and then create a poll for you all to vote!

That's all for now, I hope everybody has a splendid weekend!! πŸ’–

Love,

Lydia

What a beautiful girl! 😍 (both the photo and the sketch) I agree with Fay Evini that tutorial on expressions would be extremely helpful, as well as one on perspective when drawing heads! And could you feature this one please - https://www.instagram.com/p/B2HLUc7h9uA/?igshid=uei2b3jty6hy, I can also send you the link in DM on IG so it would be more convenient if that's needed, thanks in advance! ^^

Thanks Maria! πŸ’–πŸ˜Œ I really love that idea for a tutorial! There are lots of little features procreate offers that aren’t that obvious (and I’m even discovering new things all the time that I didn’t know existed!) so I think that would be super cool!!

lotusbubble

Thanks so much! ☺️🌸 And I looooove this idea! Movement is such an important topic and actually has a lot to do with composition, shape and line; I would love to make a tutorial about this!! πŸ’–

lotusbubble

Aw yay!! Glad to have you part of the Feature Friday group Ana! πŸ’– These tutorial suggestions are golden, I especially love the idea of a tutorial on poses! That topic is a particular favorite of mine 😌Hair and anatomy are also super important!

Rasa McGibbon

I am so jealous for people who make nice work with rim lighting. I am not sure how to add in my linework art. Lol πŸ˜… as I am not doing lineless art. And I am always late to these features . Need to put alarm.
