Sketching a Mermaid with some Fishy Friends 🐠✏️✨ + what’s happening this week! 💌 (Patreon)

Happy Monday everyone! 🥰 I hope you all had a restful weekend ✨

This morning I’ve been sketching my next mermaid drawing and this time I’m going to incorporate some fish! 😍 I feel much more confident adding fish after studying them at the science museum last weekend (which you’ll get to see in the studio vlog this month! 🥳) so this is what I’ve got so far! I included the reference photo I’m using for inspiration 😌✨

This week is going to be such a busy one! 📝 My husband and I are celebrating our 3 year anniversary this coming weekend and we’ll be going on our first vacation in 4 years just the two of us 🙈 so there’s a lot I want to get started on before we leave!

First, we’re gonna try to finish editing the studio vlog this week so we can have it posted by the weekend ✌🏼 It’s gonna be a cozy vlog and I can’t wait to share it with you guys 🥰 I’ll also start writing my notes & planning out what I want to cover in this month’s tutorial video so I can get started on filming when we get back from vacay ✨

And finally, I want to start working on a new little step-by-step tutorial for you guys about how to render fish! 🐠 So many of you are interested in that topic so I’ll make a little fishy tutorial sheet as a bonus reward for you all 🥰💌
