Vote for the October Tutorial Topic! 📮✏️✨ (Patreon)

Hello hellooo everyone! :)

It’s time to vote for this month’s tutorial video topic! Thank you so much to everyone who left suggestions on my earlier post, there are so many good ones that I’m super excited to include in this poll 😍 I’ve combined a few of your suggestions into single topics too :) Keep on reading to see a little info about each of the topics!

• Chill Drawing Session with Q&A: This video will be a more relaxed one where I work on a drawing while answering questions from here and on insta! We can get cozy and draw together ☕️
• Character Interactions Tutorial: In this video I’ll be sharing my techniques and process on how to draw two characters interacting! This will include how you can combine references to create the interactions you want. We'll be covering how to make the composition work around two characters, how to create balance, and how to capture a special spark & feeling in their interaction 👯‍♀️
• How to Draw Dramatic Emotions: In the past I’ve covered how to draw expressions (like smiling, frowning, looking sad, etc) but this video will cover some more extreme/dramatic emotions for expressions! We’ll cover how to draw screaming, laughing, silliness, being in love, and more 😈
• Painting a Movie Scene: In this video we’ll be drawing a movie scene together to study capturing a cinematic look! There will be a focus on dramatic lighting, color themes, composition, emotion, and more 🎥
• Creating a Dynamic Character Sheet: For this video I’ll be showing you guys how I create a character sheet with dynamic visual interest! This will include essential composition/layout tips, how to fit multiple poses together on one canvas, and how to draw each pose systematically to speed up your drawing process ✏️
• How to Draw Fantasy Outfits: In this tutorial we’ll be drawing several unique fantasy outfits ranging from simple to complex! This will include in-depth demos on how to render things like shiny metal armor and accessories, feathers, flowy magical materials, and more. After that, we’ll design our own fantasy outfit! 🧚🏻‍♀️

And that’s it! 🥳 Super duper excited to see which one you guys pick!! You can vote for several, so pick the ones you like the most :) The poll will close later this week and then I’ll get started on planning the video 💕

Happy voting!!

Love,

Lydia 💌
