🎲 Idea Voting Winner Selection Updated (Patreon)

After a Boruto idea won five times in a row, I decided to shake things up and make the idea voting system a bit more unpredictable.

Starting now, the winning idea will no longer be automatically selected from the #1 spot.

Instead, the system will randomly choose a winner from the Top 3 most-voted ideas, with each idea's chance of winning based on its votes.

Example

If the Top 3 ideas receive:

🥇 Gold: 60 votes🥈 Silver: 30 votes🥉 Bronze: 10 votes

Total (top 3) = 100 votes

Then their chances of winning will be:

Gold: 60 / 100 = 60%

Silver: 30 / 100 = 30%

Bronze: 10 / 100 = 10%

Formula:Chance to win = Idea votes ÷ Total votes of the Top 3 ideas

This means that getting the most votes is still a huge advantage, but it no longer guarantees victory. Even the 2nd and 3rd place ideas will have a real shot at winning if they gather enough support.

I hope this adds a bit more excitement to the voting process and makes every vote feel more meaningful. You'll never know for sure which of the Top 3 ideas will come out on top until the winner is drawn!
