Hey guys, I’ve been sick for almost two weeks, fever, stomach aches, constipation, nausea, and a bunch of other bullshit. I think it was mostly temporary, but apparently I also unlocked IBS because my lifestyle lately has been absolute garbage: way too sedentary, plus fast food and a shitload of stress from moving.

So I’m writing this mostly as a reminder to anyone reading this:
Move your ass, touch some grass, and go for a walk. At least an hour a day, lol.

I genuinely thought I was immune to all this shit because I’m still in my twenties and at a normal weight, too. Turns out my body had other plans and decided to humble me real quick. Apparently, being young and at a normal weight doesn’t give you immunity from an unhealthy lifestyle + stress combo. Who fucking knew?

I fucked around and then… found out. 😂

I’m not dying, by the way. LMAO. I’m doing better now. Still kinda hazy from the pills, though.

Anyway, take care of yourselves, stay healthy, and cheers! 🍻

Take care of yourself King. You are a national treasure!

That's why I started exercising a few weeks ago and why I've cut out sugar. x) Come on, Mr. Nilga, let's get serious about sports now!

Take care, though. If your doctor tells you to cut back on sugar, that could mean prediabetes. Mine is just slow bowel movement from being too sedentary. Diabetes is serious shit, so definitely don’t fuck around with it.

I don't have diabetes or any health issues—I'm just overweight. That's why I'm stopping eating like a pig and cutting out the cakes, and why I'm doing a bit of exercise every day. My job already involves a good amount of physical activity.
