Chiara (OC) and Nemona (Pokemon) decided to look up for any possible treasure in the most unusual place for it: A submerged cave.


Despite being an unusual place for explores to take a peek, they both decided to go for it, and they ended up being lucky enough to find two evolution stones, and a few Tera Shards stuck in a rock.


The problem is, how much can they carry with them before their air runs out?

As we can see, this is in the Pokémon Violet continuity. Perhaps we could assume Chiara and Nemona got trapped in the future from the late Professor Turo's time machine - a future in which a large chunk of the world is flooding thanks to global warming melting the polar ice caps. Perhaps they are gathering materials to fund their college tuition so they can study quantum mechanics and build another time machine to return to their original time period.
