Much work done and much to do. Apologies for the later-than-usual WIP post, I was working much more on animating lately and my sleep schedule became a different kind of weird, among other excuses.

Some of the things I did this week included: doubling the previous WIP posts video length (effectively making a part 2 to that one), trying a new outline method, and trying out some shorts. The visuals for this post include a GIF from the new "ntr" video, but now we're including everyone, so maybe it turned into a threesome? That section includes a lot of Neru getting absolutely railed, so stay tuned if you want to see more of that. The other visual is a snapshot from a short I started today; it's just a simple loop of Miku and Teto, probably will only post it to socials. All of these visuals are unfinished and rendered from the viewport.

I'm thinking about continuously making short clips so I can test some things outside of a large video and so I can post more content regularly. I might upload them early to Patreon, have exclusive ones, or neither, I'm not sure how I want to deliver them yet; the first few won't have alts, I don't know if I want to spend that time on shorts in general as opposed to doing alts for the larger videos, but we'll see how efficient I can be I suppose.

In the time I spent not animating, I saw some works with what I believe is the grease pencil scene outline and I thought they looked closer to my desired style so I am trying it out. That outline type is enabled in the snapshot of the short; it looks good in most places, but clearly has some problems. Teto's hand is having a real problem, but it's topology is fine, so I am not sure why. There are other smaller problems, but I am intent on getting a fix for them as a neat part about the grease pencil outline is that it makes it look like clipping objects are just smushing together, which is very helpful in a lot of cases. I don't think that notion is super obvious in this image but I ran the grease pencil in other projects and it really helped in cases where collision just didn't work, which happens often.

I also started using physics more regularly, as everything from the past few days has or will have physics, but as per usual I am running into new and unexplained problems; I have things setup with the same exact settings as in the past, but the way they move is completely different. If it keeps happening I'll get a GIF next time but the physics is acting like the geometry nodes setup I used previously in sw2, whereas I was expecting it to look like Miku in the original cuck 2-parter. The settings are the same as with the original, I'm wondering if it has to do with the motion itself not provoking the same movement, but there's a few things to test, so I'll work through that.

Thank you for reading and supporting, I hope you got something from this.
