This is my first time watching any of the Psycho movies and I've never been interested in the franchise and after this....I'm still not 🤷🏾‍♀️

My mistake, I already assumed you'd seen the first one. Thankyou for watching it anyway, gutted you didn't like it.

I love the intro with the Cell Therapy by Goodie Mob sample on your videos.

Thank you again for 31 days of horror. Even with minimal editing needed that's still a lot of time and work. A lot of both. It is appreciated.

No worries! That was a reasonable assumption honestly! Most people have watched the OG psycho film. And it's not a bad movie, it's just not my speed. I was also pretty sleepy watching it too 🤦🏾‍♀️so that didn't help matters lol

Pogo Yaga

*I* like it. (But I've grown to adore Hitchcock's 1960 original.) I wish Psycho III held up as well as II.

I've never watched the OG Psycho either. But I do like Psycho II. Something sad and tragic, about Norman Bates.... a tortured/psychotic mind, trying to put his past behind him... who really wanted to be left alone... but exploited by others-- to get him to go crazy again. Plus, the tragic intro (of "Mother, Oh, God mother...blood...blood..." from b&w to color... chaotic violins, followed by a beautiful quiet, piano score (as the sun comes up behind the Bates House) They said that Anthony Perkins (actor) was in tears when he heard the intro score. It's one of my favorite things about this film.
